I am new to using CBD products and was very hesitant at first. I asked Nicole, one of the sales leaders at Biotanica in Brainerd, to help walk me through the process. The local store staff as well as the owners are incredibly knowledgeable. Via email with the owners took time to thoroughly explain the products and what helps for what you're seeking relief from. In store staff was also amazing at explaining and answering questions as well as giving their own personal input on what has worked for them. The staff at this store have been wonderful! I was new to CBD and needed help deciding what I needed and the best method of usage for me. We went over my goals and proceeded from there. I have called upon them several times for help since then, and they are always professional. I like that the products are all independently lab certified for quality and purity.

Great products and even better customer service

Stopped in to try a sample and the pain cream took away all of my neck pain in under 5 min!! I asked dozens of questions and she was so informative and helpful with dosage and which products were for what I needed. I asked about it helping my migraine, I was on day 4 and not even prescription shots helped, she let me try 2 gummies and in about a half hour my migraine broke!! Highly highly recommend to everyone!!

Every time I’ve gone to Biotanica the customer service has been perfect. I like that they’ve had small sample sizes to purchase and try before committing to the larger sizes of products. They have also allowed customers to sample CBD oil flavors prior to purchasing. Their product is high quality and their rewards program is awesome.

I was in today at the recommendation of a classmate. I have never tried CBD before but wanted to give it a go in lieu of antidepressants. The employee there was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. I purchased a water soluble and if this helps, will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Had a great experience at this store! As a runner, I deal with all sorts of daily aches and pains and the staff was very knowledgeable of the products. The best part is a feel way better! The CBD cream really works and helps soothe my aching muscles. Go check this place out!

I have been coming here since the day they opened and absolutely love this place. I have tried several online and physical CBD location just to end up here. I have done the research so you don't have to.

On a side note, if you have purchased CBD in the past and think it didn't help, you need to have a talk with the staff. There are a lot of people out there that are using the CBD wrong then blaming it for no results.

Talk with the staff if you are not getting the results you want. They have vast knowledge on how it works. I spent years looking for a pain solution. I have tried every doctor and narcotic under the sun to no avail. I tried the CBD and it didn't work either. After talking with the staff I realized my issue, started using the proper dose and procedure. After a decade of suffering the pain is finally manageable.

Dont just go to a gas station and buy a pill from the bathroom vending machine then swear off CBD. Talk to these people, figure it out and live pain free.

I have severe neck, and shoulder pain due to injury. The pain was stopping all my activity. I started the CBD full Spectrum drops, and topical cream. Had 90-95% relief within 2 hours of first use. Continued the recommended dose of drops 2x per day, and cream only as needed. The relief is amazing. Only problem is I have to stop using the CBD for the Doctor to find the source of the pain. It is the most effective source of pain relief I've experienced.

I've used the CBD cream and Muscle Rub lotion for several months and am very happy with the results. I have arthritis in my shoulders and it very quickly cuts the pain significantly. I also have Restless Leg Syndrome and the combination of the two creams either makes symptoms go away or reduces the annoying feeling a great deal. Very helpful staff who know what they're talking about.

I read about CBD on facebook and decided to come in and get some inforamtion about it. It was 9-11-2020 and the lady working there was very knowlegeable and together we decided what I should try. I have back problems and migraines and since I started take the cbd I have not had a migraine and my back seems to be improving a little more each week.
