Dunkin'

Such a clean and friendly environment. Food and drinks is always the perfect temp in my experience! Also Absolutely love the Christmas decorations it makes the atmosphere so great! I love to see all the hard working employees!

The ladies inside where the most patient and nicest people. After some hard customers they where still positive and kind to us. Sarah, the manager was kind enough to give us free donuts which was greatly appreciated. Thank you Ladies, it helped me and my friends to set us up for a great evening!

Stopped by this morning, Christmas Eve. The girls in there were all hugging, wearing matching sweatpants and smiling at everyone. Went above and beyond and told us which donuts were which in our dozen and wiped the overflow coffee off the lid.
Great to see such a good team that obviously cares for each other and the work they do.

I had the best experience as a husband of a pregnant wife I believe on Christmas Day. My wife had huge cravings for Dunkin’s donuts munchkins and a dragonfruit strawberry drink and we come through they gave amazing smiles right away and they gave us our munchkins and gave a generous amount when I asked for 25 of them some of each flavor. It made both my wife and I day, and we are forever a customer thank you.

The last Dunkin Donut shop before heading back to Manitoba, Canada. Small, quiet place located beside different amenities. Made the drive on the way and I was greeted by the familiar fragrant smell that a Dunkin Donut has. Staff were amazing, the place was clean and neat, perfect for a quick bite to eat. Grabbed a dozen donuts to bring back home, will come back again.

Placed a mobile order before work and picked up at drive through. Waited about 2 minutes for my drink which I thought was a pretty standard wait but they apologized and offered me a free doughnut. Great customer service and friendly staff!

Oh yeah, went here to grab a donut for the toddler, she wanted a pink one. Place was empty on a Saturday afternoon, which was good for us! Donuts were delicious, we'll definitely be stopping by again in the future

People inside were smiley, friendly & helpful. Breakfast sandwiches very tasty.

The staff here are amazing, friendly and upbeat. Such a great addition to otsego. Plus who does not love coffee and doughnuts. Staff really do make or break a company and these staff will make your day!

Had the ice pumpkin spice coffee and it was really good! I don't usually like pumpkin flavor stuff much! But this drink surprise me! This drink lived up to the Dunkin Standard!

This is my go to dunkin! Sara is always so chipper in the morning and that’s nice because who wants to deal with someone who’s crabby in the morning? Sara has went above and beyond to remember that I even have a dairy allergy! Love this location

You can't have a bad review on Dunkin' it's "doughnuts"! The store is clean, friendly service, and it's "doughnuts"!!! Oh...the iced coffee delicious!
