We have been using AVID just short of year and I am very glad we made the switch. The team at AVID is excellent. Their customer service is some of the best I have experienced in a long time. The AVID button on the phone gets you right to someone that can troubleshoot 99% of any question you have and the wait for help is rarely more than 30 seconds. If you are looking to make the switch from old school phones to a cloudbased system I couldn't recommend AVID more adamantly.

I started using Avid for simple phone and internet services over 10 years ago. As our needs have grown they've been one step ahead of us and ready to implement new security measures, customized multi-location networking, and VOIP technologies. Their service team in the office is quick to help and always friendly and their field technicians are knowledgeable and capable of tackling most anything put in front of them. It's allowed me to stop pretending be an IT guy and hand over almost of our data security and networking needs so that I can focus on the core parts of our business. They're an excellent partner.

At KC Computer Support, we have worked with many hosted VOIP phone providers over the years, none better than AVID. We try and never recommend technology that we don't use ourselves. We have been a client of AVID for over 5 years and recommend them to all of our clients. There are a great technology partner to work with. A+ service!

I've been using Avid for my office telephone for almost a year now. Could not be happier with the service, especially after dealing with ATT/Time Warner for years. The customer service is light years better, instant support responses and I've yet to have a single instance of a telephone outage since I signed up. Nikki Cherrito was my salesperson, and she is always available for questions. She's also quick to give me a heads up when their VOIP product adds new features, which seems to be often as well. Wish I would have switched to Avid years earlier, but incredibly happy with the decision!

Avid has been very responsive to requirements and issues over several years. The Avid button on every phone doesn't get used much, but it is a comfort to know help is easy to reach.

I've been a customer of Avid's for more than a decade. I've really enjoyed the relationship! They've always gone above and beyond to make sure my phones, automated attendants and internet connectivity are working properly. If there's ever an issue, they are all over it. The greatest compliment I can give Avid is by referring them to my friends, which I've done... because I trust them to take care of my clients and vendors.

One of the things I love about Avid is that their VoIP phones have a button dedicated to calling Avid support. You press it and end up talking to a real person for help. And I've used that often when I've needed help.

Lots of businesses have taken advantage of Google Fiber, especially in downtown KC... unfortunately, I am not in the footprint of Google Fiber for Business yet. Avid was the first tech partner with Google as they rolled out Google Fiber for Business, and they do a great job moving people to Google Fiber.

I do social media for a living, saw that Avid had no reviews on Google yet, and wanted to fix that with an honest review. If you are considering switching to Avid for your internet and phones, I can honestly say that you will be happy with the decision!
