They keep great records, great with vaccinations updates, nice discounts on comparable store brands of national brands of arthritis cream, eye wash, cold & flu
items. Walk-in or appointments for vaccinations. Always willing to answer questions.

Allison the Pharmacy Tech at this location is who every other pharmacy tech lays in bed at night dreaming of being one day. She is knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and undoubtedly deserves a raise.

Always very polite and always on top of it. If you need a refill they call the doctor as well to try to help out to get your meds as soon as possible. They care about the customer unlike Walgreens.

This is one of few places that still has free air.

Staff is very friendly but hard to reach on the phone. Pay attention to their hours as they close earlier than most pharmacies.

We've been coming to this Hy-Vee pharmacy for a number of years and never had any problems until the last year or two. I realize the pharmacy is short-handed and I can only imagine the stress pharmacists are working under. But I dread having to call anything in and more often use the auto-attendant. There is a definite "crankiness" and I have been barked at on a number of occasions. I have been told many times to give them 24-48 hours notice in case they have to order and when I do that, I'm told it's way to early. If I call on the exact day, I am told I am not giving enough notice. Sadly, most of my prescriptions are not in stock and have to be ordered. A pharmacist will give me a date of arrival and usually that is off by 2 or 3 days more. We've waited as long as 4 days. We do not want to jump ship, but we would love an explanation.

Always having to wait for them to order the medication you need is a real hassle. When you're sick and need a prescription filled, you can't wait 3 days to get it. The same thing goes for refills. If you call it in, it should be available the next day, not waiting for it to come in two days on the truck. The only reason I gave 2 stars, is because the staff is very friendly and helpful. If it wasn't for the staff, I would choose another pharmacy!

Dropped ir off and asked how long. It would be 45 minutes. Come back in an hour and not really. Say they need another 10 min. Why not just say it that an hour and 10 minutes. I have to make sure they have the current GoodRx since it was higher than I looked it up.

They never seem to have my medication in stock. I refill the same thing there every month so why don't they keep it on hand? I'm ready to take my business somewhere else. Whenever I call to ask why it is late I get the same excuse that it is being delivered, they give me a time that it will be there but seldom make good on their word.
