I absolutely love this company, the workers are always nice and wave when they see anyone and go above and beyond bringing our cans out of harms way (cars) they are the best company I’ve ever used.
Edit: Also whenever I call I get greeted in a professional and friendly manner, never once had an issue! Love the women that help me!

I've used these guys for 9 years and the service is amazing. I forgot to put my can out last night & missed my pick up. I called the office and they were back within an hour. On top of that they haven't raised the price of service since I've been using them.

I've been a customer for about a year now, since Fehr went out of business with no notice. I called the office and signed up for pick up. They've never missed a week, even through a blizzard when I offered for them to skip the week (I'm the only one on my road and on a hill to boot). The truck struggles to get up and down the hill when it's nasty weather but they come, every time.

I have been a customer for over twenty five years. Excellent service , always on time. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend!

They make you provide your own bins just for their guys to break them. A little over a year of paying for service, we’ve had to replace our recycling bin twice. I wfh and can see the guys literally throwing my bin on the ground when they could just set it down! I have had to pick up plastic pieces of my bin from the end of my driveway more than once. The bins aren’t hundreds of dollars or anything but the point is the company makes you provide your own, on your own dime, and then just busts up your stuff. Pics are of most recent pick up. Canceling my service after my current contract is up.

Haven't been a customer for a week and the old lady at the office has been vary rude and short with me. I Was told I get cans and simply asked when I would get them well thats just pissed her off! Told me I was wrong and she never told me that and she honestly wasn't listening to me. She hung up on me. I was just trying to understand but guess you don't let your customers do that!!

I won't be paying that bill unless I can speak with an owner!
