Grayce Properties LLC

I have been renting from Grayce Properties for a few years. Not only is my home in a great central location but the rent is also very affordable. I often recommend friends and family that mention they are looking for a place to contact Grayce Properties first.

I have read the recent review by Mr. Chercka. As a professional engineer and current tenant of Grayce Properties I find that what he is has written is absolute nonsense. I have been renting from Grayce Properties for 5 years and would highly recommend Grayce Properties to anyone looking to rent a home or office/commercial property.

The owner of Grayce Properties, Karen Gray, is professional, polite, knowledgable, reliable, helpful & great business woman.

I've been renting office space for two years from Grayce Properties and always have a good experience with Karen. When something breaks, she sent people to fix it within 24 hours. She is straightforward and transparent.

Unfortunately I had a very negative experience with Karen Gray. I would not recommend her for any future transactions. The duplex that she showed me needed many repairs… A window in a bedroom was broken and taped up with black electric tape. The carpet was dirty and frayed throughout the duplex…. definitely needed to be replaced!!! The refrigerator was 25+ years old. NO central air and heating… Needs to be updated. Very small air conditioner in living room window and baseboard heating. Strong smell of MOLD throughout the duplex.
I obviously had NO intention of renting this duplex or any other property that Karen Gray has to offer. When I left several messages of importance, Mrs. Gray never returned my calls. When I asked her why, she told me that she was very busy. Very unprofessional and rude.

I had an awful experience with Grayce Properties. I would not recommend them to any tenants or property owners.

The communication style is terrible - when you’re able to get a hold of the owner. (It seems to be a 1-woman business.) Communication is passive-aggressive, petty, vindictive, malicious and overall negative. You always feel like you are inconveniencing her and that she is eager to end the conversation.

Overall just unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with.

I totally agree with Simon C . And alot of her reviews have been taking down I'm surprised his hasn't yet. She absolutely is a slum Lord and while she may fix something in the office she does not fix the owners properties only if they were aware , the bathroom floor in this home is caving in leaking from the upstairs into the down stairs ceiling both tolits leak the water heater leaks and I was electrocuted and do was the fire marshal. The only thing that was fixed was a wall outlet. This place needs to be condemned and getting her to fix anything had been a night mare court next week with her with a copy of. list and pictures of everything she was given at the beginning of the lease till the end.
