We recently had landscaping and power washing services performed by Signature Touch. What a great experience! Great communication, competitive pricing, and they completed the work as promised. They prepped the yard for winter, planted several trees and mulched beds. The yard looks fantastic. They also power washed the driveway which looks brand new. I highly recommend Signature Touch; you won't go wrong.

Marty and his team have been scamming HOA’s for years. They never get multiple bids for projects and use the same contractors for all the properties they manage. When looking into our contract with them, it was uncovered that their fee structure to manage any capital improvement project was terrible for the HOA. They are incentivized to use the highest bid as they charge their fee as a percentage of the overall cost of the project! If you currently use them, I encourage you to read your contracts and dig into their fees. Professional scam artists. Stay clear.

I called with a problem of the property being used by the public, and pool area looked like a refugee camp and was told they couldn’t do anything and that we should call the police! 🤣
