I rented a home on Hatteras Island from Colony Realty in a prime location. Overall it was a really great experience. Both Jaime and Julia do an awesome job making things easy for tenants to pay their monthly rent and request any maintenance - if issues arise. They provided me with very thorough communication throughout the process. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking to rent something longterm on the Outer Banks.

Over the decades that I have been renting homes, I can say that Colony Realty is unequivocally the best. Outstanding staff, amazing response time (if an issue arises) and always happy, friendly. They treat you like family. I recommend them to anyone, friends and family alike.
