Bootlegger's Roadside Ice Cream

The atmosphere was calm this evening. There were a few "older" groups of ladies there enjoying their sweet treats.
Me,My mother & my 3 daughters stopped by on our way home to grab some ice cream.
There was one girl working, but she was fast and efficient enough for my 2 (very impatient) toddlers. She was kind and let me try a sample of their new Marshmallow ice cream-10/10. I decided on that flavor, on a waffle cone. My mom got her norm, I call it almond joys take on ice cream. We also got, little Blue panda, chocolate chip, superman and praline pecan.
All flavors were fresh and delicious.

Vonore is my (little) home town. If you blink, you'll miss it.
So I like to support our local businesses and watch them grow.

If headed south on 411 they're on your left,less than a quarter mile before the red light at hwy 72. If headed north on 411,After you pass McDonald's and the gas station, start looking for them on your right.

Amazing! My fav is the Dolly with strawberry cheesecake ice cream.

Perfect summer date place with my husband on hot days! Delicious food and dessert , & super friendly and helpful people.

I am so very blessed to still have my parents living at 84 ( mom ) and 87 ( dad ) to go out to eat for my sisters birthday. On our way back to Vonore, we finally stopped by Bootleggers Roadside Ice-cream stand. We were so excited 😆 at the massive amount of choices that they offer. My favorite is peanut butter 🥜 milkshakes, but my wife is a vanilla and chocolate cone girl. They have so many special concoctions that I can't wait to try. They have some very nice outdoor tables. The young girls working there are so very nice and friendly 😊. We can't wait for our next visit.

Boot kickin' ice cream!! We went on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Long line but differently worth the wait on a sunny day. Very nice lady serving solo. We'll be back - with friends 😎

Great atmosphere, really nice place to end a long hot day with a nice cup, cone, or waffle of ice cream and soo many choices to choose from. They also have live music and corn hole tournaments. I've never been to any sadly. But it sounds like fun.

They have a sugar free dark cherry ice cream.. is delicious. Thanks for having a choice for me! Please correct the name of this flavor.

Everything was great. Would have given the atmosphere five stars but the wind was blowing, which is not their fault, of course. Had to hold onto our napkins to keep them from blowing away.

Stopped by today and we loved it! We will definitely get ice cream from Bootlegger's again. Prices are reasonably and they have many flavors of ice cream and soft serve to choose from along with specialty sundaes, shakes, and flurries. I got the Teaberry soft serve and it tasted just like the Teaberry gum I used to chew as a kid. A great blast from the past. My wife enjoyed the Blue Raspberry swirled with vanilla and our daughter loved the Cotton Candy Ice cream. Definitely give this place a try.

I just went here for the first time today and I loved it. They have a banana moose tracks flavor that is to die for there!! I’m glad to have such a good ice cream shop close by. I will be back to try more flavors. 😁👏🏻

Wonderful variety of ice creams and traditional dishes.

Bootlegger's is a must-have for our family after a day on the lake or just because. They have a large variety of flavors to choose from, and they're all delicious.

Our favorite place to grab fresh ice cream! I love the fruity pebble one personally. Servings are big enough to share.

Just one problem, their hours aren’t updated on google. It won’t keep me from going though! 💜

Took the whole family- 10 of us-we all had a different flavor strawberry milkshake was yummy. Cowboy sundae was really good.. we tried Key Lime Pie, bananas foster, red velvet cake, chocolate moose tracks, tutti fruilty soft serve, cotton candy , cappuccino crunch,,and even the dairy free Oatmazing was really good! Staff was very friendly, tables were clean, great fun place!!

I am plant based. However, l was surprised to see the variety of plant based ice cream they had. The ice cream was delicious! 😋 The service was great also. 👍🏽
