I walked in to an absolute mob scene as it is two days before Christmas. I'm nearly in tears writing this because the frustrations of customers were visibly high. The staff here a doing an OUTSTANDING job! They are all actively busting their butts to get orders out, you can see that not a single employee was slacking. Every order called for pickup was giving with an apology for the wait time which I personally did not see was necessary. Both drive thru lanes were packed as well as the lobby. The team here today gets my round of applause.

I was waiting for my food for,at most, 15 minutes . The person who took my order through the drive thru was rude & impatient. And to make matters worse my food was cold & the bread on my hamburger stale. It's ridiculous that the prices have skyrocketed but the quality is still bad. Never again!

Fresh buns hot fries 11/10 expirence great costumer service fresh veggitables on the burgers warm food and they packed my fries container to the brim also the fries where crunchy and I loved the building.

Clean atmosphere the cleaning lady/janitor does her job well 👏

The dining area was clean and attractive.
The young woman at the counter said nothing, didn’t acknowledge the only customer, and never even looked my way. I guess she was having a bad day.

It is always super packed here but this McDonalds makes for a good quick fast food meal!! I love it here and come here very frequently!!

This McDonald's is always on point. They are open late, which is wonderful when you work late a need a quick bite to eat. Summer time late nights can be extremely busy, but service at this location is great, so the line moves very fast.

The manager Perry was exceptionally friendly, polite and patience. Restaurant was nice and clean. Food hot and fresh

This morning around 8am, I picked up a mobile order at this location. The drive thru staff forgot my pumpkin pie and 2 apple pies. I called and was helped by a very nice lady. I assume this is the manager. She apologized and told me the pies are in the oven and would be about 10 minutes and offered me 3 options; replace with anything I want from the bakery, pick up in 10 minutes, or a full refund. I choose to wait. She directed me to pull in to mobile pick up spot # 1 and said she would be out in 10 minutes. The wait didn't seem long at all, and as she says, she came out with my pies, and also gave me an extra pumpkin pie, then apologized again and wished me a good day! I'm sorry to say I did not get her name, and I should have! Lately, customer service has fallen short, but this lady really made my morning!

McDonald's is a staple source of the food expect. No surprises no problems. You get what you ask for and you know what to expect.

Everything was great until I entered the bathroom and found it dirty. It was usable but had to be very careful. We got there at 7a for breakfast when dine-in began, so that trash must have been there from previous day. Unbelievable!

You gotta love them when the food is free from app.

Very clean location, easy ordering options, very friendly customer service, and the food is just as expected from mcdonald's! The fries were hot and crispy!

Nice to actually see a manager working actively. He greeted us which in ALL my years is a first. All the employees were working as they should, not slacking. Kudos to this manager, he runs a tight ship. 10 stars ⭐

New automated kiosks are really easy and quick to use. Restaurant is clean, up-to-date, and sleek.

Even when they're busy and short staff they're quick to do what they can to help you and resolve issues and make sure your food is fresh and hot inside is always clean

I blasted the toilet here so bad the customers outside could hear me. No doubt the smell made it to the main dining room. I felt accomplished. I don't know how the food was.

quick, never had an issue with this specific McDonald's, will come again, since it is closer to me and way cleaner than AC location.
