We had the best experience possible at Nasr Jewelers in Wrentham. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, it was that wonderful for us. We went in to look for an engagement ring for me (after 30+ years of marriage!). I wanted to learn about buying a diamond and had so many questions. Matt was so knowledgeable and so patient. We decided on a custom designed engagement ring and matching wedding band. And they are truly the rings of my dreams. Thank you Mr. Nasr, Matt, Kayla and the entire team - I could not be happier !

Let me just start by saying I’ve been shopping with Nasr jewelers for years, I not only love the family but I love what they stand for and all the work they do, there is no one better. They are true class.
They created the most stunning engagement ring with my fiancé and I couldn’t love it anymore then I do, they personalized it and created something that is so me. I even had to size down a bit and I went in and was taken care no issues, quickly and efficiently. They can do no wrong. I wouldn’t have wanted my ring from anywhere else. Go check them out!! You won’t regret it.

What an experience I had ! What a great store and group of people ! I was at the gas station across the street and I remembered I had a watch from Christmas that I hadn’t sized yet. I went over and was immediately greeted by the wonderful employees. But the true star of the visit was the owner , Matt! Such an amazing person, very welcoming, knew his stuff, and very proud of the roots he is planting here in Wrentham. I can see this place being around for many many years to come . And someday, when I can afford big fancy diamonds, I know where to come 😉

I have been a customer with Nasr for the last 5 years at their Plymouth location. When I found out that there was one opening in Wrentham I was ECSTATIC because I live 5 mins down the road. In my profession, I deal with customer service and quality of products and let me tell you… Nasr EXCELS in both. What I love about Nasr is that they can customize anything that you want and that is what they had done with my engagement ring.

When I went to visit Nasr in Wrentham, Kayla and Matt were so warm and welcoming. Kayla has a wealth of knowledge in jewelry. I could tell both were very passionate about their job. Both Kayla and Matt worked with me in upgrading my engagement ring. Kayla knew what I wanted and she made sure I got it.

You can tell both Kayla and Matt love what they do and they make sure their customers are very happy with their purchase. I will not go anywhere else for my jewelry, I will be a long time happy customer of theirs!!! THANK YOU!

Happen to find Nasr by chance driving by. My necklace clasp broke just as we passed them on our way to Wrentham. Stopped in hoping they could make a repair. The care they took for such a small job was a gift! We have found our new family jeweler! Matt and Kayla are simply the best!

We immediately knew they were the jewelers to help redesign my wedding set! To express how absolutely gorgeous the engagement ring came out is simply not enough praise. Matt took our ideas and turned it into a 1 of a kind masterpiece!

100/10. The first time I walked in I was immediately greeted by Kayla regarding a custom ring I wanted to make. My grandfather was a jeweler and taught me a lot, so I had a pretty good idea of what to expect. Kayla and Matt have surpassed my expectations. They are the most honest and upfront jewelers I have found and they treat you like family from the very beginning. Actually, they treat you better than family. You’re not just a customer here, they build a relationship with you from the very beginning. Kayla helped me design the ring to make sure it was unique and fit my style. Further than helping with design, they KNOW what they’re talking about. I generally ask a lot of questions but they go beyond giving a simple answer, always making sure they explain everything thoroughly. I have been to jewelers in Miami and in the northeast area, and always left disappointed, but not here. I cannot recommend Nasr enough. The pricing is great, specially for custom jewelry, and they always make sure to work within your budget. Every single time I leave their store, I leave with a smile ear to ear. They have gained my business for years and years to come.

I had a last minute jewelry repair need. I called with only 40 min until the store closed. Kayla was so kind and courteous. They were honest, but willing to have me come in to see if it was able to be done quickly. I arrived, was welcomed and they immediately took a look at the repair. Matt was knowledgeable and honest about the repair. He did the repair quickly, then cleaned my wedding rings and engagement ring, they look BRAND new. I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service and kindness I received from Kayla and Matt. Will definitely be returning for any jewelry repair or purchase needs in the future! Cannot thank you both enough!

My now fiancé worked with Nasr Wrentham to create a sentimental (side stones were from his family) and timeless engagement ring. The ring is beyond amazing and he was blown away with the customer service provided by Kayla and her team. We will be getting all of our future jewelry from here!

Love love love. We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful family owned store! I have been to many stores and couldn't find the " the one" wedding band. Soon, as I stepped into this place I knew I would find it. The staff were very welcoming, polite, helpful, and friendly. The ring I wanted was originally gold and , Matt was able able to customize it a the white gold to match my engagement ring! Prices were fair and the service was great. Highly recommended!

I visited this jeweler for the first time and may I say it will definitely not be my last. I needed a piece of jewelry repaired. It was a Friday late afternoon and they repaired it the same day. That is just unheard of not to mention the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Such a beautiful place in such a variety of jewelry to choose from. Would highly recommend dropping by.

I went to Nasr Jewelers located next to the Wrentham outlets. I had several pieces of jewelry that needed repair and I needed a gold chain. I was pleasantly surprised at the outstanding service. Matt explained the process of fixing my rings. They helped me pick out the perfect chain for my grandson's pendant. I was very satisfied and highly recommend them.

Excellent service with a smile. Owner introduced himself with a handshake and a smile and addressed and resolved the issue with my jewelry in minutes. All the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Overall great experience. They made my ring exactly how I wanted it and my previous jeweler couldn’t or wouldn’t. I sat with the jeweler and watched him set the stones, it was amazing.

What happened when I began speaking with Matt was more than asking questions and getting answers, it was an experience. I have never seen a jeweler so passionate and knowledgeable about diamonds before. Matt's drive and passion for his business is felt in the way he speaks about his work. Had such an amazing experience! I was looking for someone to design a custom ring repurposing some stones from my family and Matt and his team did such a spectacular job, it came out beautiful.

The level of customer service you receive is unmatched. The young gentleman managing this location is professional and his first priority is making sure the customer is completely satisfied with their service. You don't see customer service at this level anymore and I had to let the public know.

So friendly and did an amazing job foxing my necklace! It looks like new!
