I stopped by today looking to find out what my ring size was, and was helped by Brandon. He was patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain to me what the proper fit for a ring should be, and I was able to find out my ring size within a few minutes. My parents were also in the store and Brandon was able to answer each of their questions confidently and without hesitance while they made a purchase. He provided excellent customer service, was professional but also welcoming, and is exactly the type of person you would want to represent a company. Thank you again, Brandon!

I went in to Kay Jewelers today and had Ashley help me with a BIG purchase. I was a bit nervous spending a big amount of money on myself but really knew I wanted to do something nice for “me”. Ashley was more than helpful and not pushy, she coached me into making a purchase with no pressure…. She was great!!!
