Starbucks

This was my first time going to this Starbucks and I was impressed! The Barista in the drive through was so welcoming and nice! And the coffee was perfect! I orders a grande iced cold brew, cream, 5 classic, 3 vanilla, 3 mocha, extra ice made in a venti cup! It was so delicious! One of the best coffees I’ve had in a long time! 10/10

This location always does a great job- they're all very friendly, especially Jeremy! I'm glad this is my closest store

First time I've been to this one. I order my drink ahead and go in, the staff apologize for not having it ready, (even though I literally just placed the order) then proceed to make it flawlessly a couple minutes before the app said it would be done. These workers are extremely kind.

I just walked into this Starbucks and IT WAS PACKED! I want to commend the team behind the counter for keeping cool and getting everyone’s orders out quickly. Jeremy at the front was super friendly and though you could see they where under pressure, they kept it together and did a fantastic job!

having a bad week and usually go to dunkin (so sorry!!) but wanted a shaken espresso for a pick me up. Kira’s customer service was outstanding. she is so bubbly, friendly and the cutest, sweetest thing ever. im sure the other staff is great, just only interacted with Kira (:

When my sister and I stopped in...it was busy (if it's Starbucks...it always is).With all the hustle and bustle somehow managed to get our order in.
I was impressed as we sat down..how this store( like many others)..could produce in quantity and quality..in such a rapid pace.
Because of my arthritic problem..The chairs ,I have found I could easily get in and out of.
It's busy ..but it's positive.

My son enjoys Starbucks on a regular basis. the purpose on this visit was to decide which alternative milk he likes the best. He bought identical lattes: oat milk, soy milk and almond milk. he thought that the soy milk was actually the best. Just throwing that out there 😀

They're very nice here. They were very understaffed and still took great care of me. They should have more support and team members! Highly recommend this place!

I really appreciate how exceptional the customer services at this location. everyone is always very pleasant. The drinks are always made to perfection!

The staff here are consistently fantastic. Always friendly, always energetic and they always are giving 110%. I never go through the drive through so I can't speak to that but as a people watcher who spends hours a day sitting in the enormously spacious, homie seating area doing college course work I always see them moving quickly and being polite to their customers. Charging ports, free wifi, comfy seats, cold air conditioning I don't know what more you could ask for. They even have a wonderful outdoor area. Whether its just for coffee, doing work or a quick in and out I highly recommend these folks.

Genuinely one of the nicest Starbucks staff I’ve ever come across. They always do my order exactly how I customize it and they do it with such a good attitude, it really brightens my mood. Hands down best Starbucks I’ve ever been to

It's a little sad to see how some humans have said such horrible things about the humans whom work within their community. I have been to this Starbucks before and I have had a positive experience. I overheard an employee tell a woman that the employee could not leave her "position." The employee was "positioned" in the spot and it was her responsibility to maintain that spot. Her team members were under the same rules, each tasked w/ responsibility only for their spot. Therefore, it is obvious that the reason they are slow is because of the way they are set up to work. If 5 people are in the drive-thru and ea. person orders only 2 drinks, then the one person whom is in that "position" (to make drive-thru drinks) is now making 10 drinks. Can you now see why when there is a line of cars 10-15 cars deep how that could leave you waiting 30+ minutes? It is because only ONE person is making ALL the drinks. It's sad to read the comments that lack any sense of sympathy and instead choose to bash upon these individuals who work within their own community - and all for choices for which they have no control over. Some reviews either implied or explicitly stated that they sense the employees "don't care," but could it be that perhaps the employees already know they are unable to leave their "position" and therefore they know there is nothing that they can do to solve the issue? I'm sure I would be tired of having angry people speak to me all day for things that I have no control over. Wouldn't you?

Love this location! The staff is super friendly and always work so hard. Lately they’ve had some staffing issues, yet they continue to put customers first and work hard to make sure we continue getting the same service/experience. Thank you for going above and beyond!!

Was very thirsty and wanted a treat. Weather was warmer than usual so I opted for a frappuccino. The apple crisp did not disappoint! Ill be getting that again very soon!

The Plainville Starbucks is by far the best Starbucks around. Every time I go in to the Cafe, I am greeted by friendly faces and hello's. Not just hello, but "Hi Ellen" The coffee is consistently delicious and the entire staff has taken the time to learn my order exactly the way I like it. ( and my two pupiccino's) Starbucks Plainville is a breath of fresh air in a very stressful world.

Seems to be an issue putting 10 Sugar in the Raw packets in mu coffee. So sometimes they out the correct amount & sometimes they feel like putting the amount they want

Welcome addition to the area, especially with no other good coffee nearby. And the staff is extremely friendly no matter the time of day. They even take their time to get to know regulars.

Very big comdortable and Great place to uave a xup of coffee if you have time to chill. Very friendly staff.
