Awesome store, great staff, lesson program is phenomenal. I highly recommend this place for all music needs. I went in looking for a very specific instrument, which they didn’t have. But, the store manager was able to order me one and it was here in less than a week, and I LOVE it. Thanks Music & Arts!

Fantastic service at this location. We rented my son’s instrument from another music & arts store, but this one is closer to our house so we popped in when my son was looking to upgrade his instrument from the beginner equipment. Jordan went above and beyond, visiting other stores and securing several different clarinets for him to try out. When he didn’t like the first 4, she went out and got a few more for him. She was very proactive about scheduling time for him to try them out and making sure he was comfortable with a practice room during each visit. It’s the people that make a difference and the staff here was awesome!

Took my son’s guitar in to be restringed and repaired and they took care of me in no time at all! Great store, welcoming staff and excellent prices! Great to have them right around the corner too!

This store must be under new management. I quit coming in because of terrible service I received. I need to get a Christmas gift and decided to give it another try. This girl running the store now is fantastic!! I think her name was Jordan. She’s very knowledgeable of all the equipment and was so pleasant. You got me back as a customer again.

We went there to re-string a used viola we bought for my son's first year in the middle school orchestra. We were assisted immediately, got a lot of very useful information and tips. They said we can always come back if we have any questions or need help tuning. Great experience!

The staff are great. Knowledgeable and helpful. Be sure to go before school year starts, to get ahead of the crowd. If your school age child is on the fence, staff was very helpful to try out instruments.

Just started taking trombone lessons again after years of not playing. Dave Worley is an excellent instructor and I'm impressed with finding a store that has great instructors and accessories. The staff seems knowledgeable and honest about what they don't know. When I submitted an inquiry for lessons, I was contacted promptly and not pressured. Highly recommend for anyone wanting private lessons.

I've been purchasing sheet music with this Music and Arts store for several years and have had only positive experiences. Not only do they keep a considerable inventory of music learning resources, the staff always has always been responsive and prioritized my requests. Keep up the great work!

Great management and teachers! We’ve loved our experience over the past 2 years at Music and Arts learning piano and guitar. Heather has actually been a breath of fresh air to work with. This is by far the best music store ive been to in the 12 years ive been playing my instrument. The store clerks and manager are great musicians from what I can tell. They are very knowledgeable and well versed in various music accessories and instruments. I take music lessons here and I am surprised at the versatility of their instructors. Not just with instrumentation and music but the ability to instruct students at various ages.

Phenomenal job re-stringing my guitars and even touched them up and made sure everything was good with them. Tim was amazing!

I have rented instruments for my daughter from Music & Arts. The individuals who work here have always gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Though i live intown, i happily travel to this location because i know i will receive the best service and product.

Went to get a guitar string put on since I popped it while tuning and I walked in and got immediate service and the people in the store were very friendly! Didn’t take long at all so I will definitely be going back for more musical needs in the future!

This store is awesome! I got my first guitar here and the staff was so helpful in helping get set up with lessons. I absolutely love my teacher and I plan on staying as long as I can. :-)

I'm a complete novice, the sales clerk was extremely helpful with all kinds of pointers where to start with every kind of instrument for beginners. Very nice selection of instruments too.

If you are looking for cello lessons, Arpenik is EXCELLENT! I am an adult learning the cello. She is very good at tailoring the lesson to the student, regardless of age. She makes sure her students learn proper technique and finds ways to keep the lesson interesting and challenging. Highly recommend!

Adam was incredibly helpful in explaining how to string my guitar. The staff is super friendly and wants to help those who love music.
