The people at this location are very helpful and were able to keep the line moving quickly. They got me the parts I needed and they were actually the right pieces!!

Needed a new battery and the helpful Gentleman working went above and beyond to help me. Located the correct and battery and even came out and installed it for me quickly and effectively. I didn't even ask he immediately offered to install it for me after finding out my old battery was shot.

Knowledgeable helpful staff. Between Online and pick up.... what's actually available on the shelf, needs work. But that a corporate culture thing to improve. Your knowledgeable employees are the reason for return busine$$. Help them help you.

I am highly disappointed going into this store. They don't keep it well stocked out on the floor. Dirty at times! Staff is not that knowledgeable about parts. Seems they rely on the computer too much. I DON'T UNDERSTAND what the deal is with the lady behind the counter. She is never happy. She is short... has body odor off of her. She acts like she is the manager!! However I know that Rob is but he sure doesn't act like it!! She is rude to him. Tells him what to do. Poor management and no teamwork at this store. They act as if it's a job. Nothing else. I only go in if I truly have to or I am willing to go the extra mile to another competitive store!

Advance Auto helped me out a lot today! As soon as I walked in the door the gentleman at the counter immediately asked me what year my car was and knew that I need my windshield wiper replaced. He immediately told me what size wiper I needed and he even replaced it for me. I was in and out in 5 minutes! I greatly appreciate the fast and easy service.

Was 4 hrs from home. Needed a part. The two guys working there, very helpful. Thanks Advance Auto for having a great staff there tonight. Wish I could remember their names, as they definitely where my hero’s.

Usually have your car parts in stock. If they don't have your part in stock they send you to carquest right down the street on valley avenue as a backup. I've never had a problem with the quality of their parts. Most parts come with a warranty, that varies from one year to a lifetime warranty depending on what part you buy. They assist with new battery install, wiper blades, OBD2 diagnostics and more.

Walked in with a greasy old bulb I pulled out of my Honda and got helped before I could say a word. The guys at this shop were on it. Couldn’t say I spent more than 2 minutes inside. Great job!

Within 15 minutes of learning I had a burned-out brake light, I had pulled into Advance Auto on Valley Ave., purchased new brake lights, and Thomas A., who waited on me with great courtesy, had it installed. This is amazing, and I am so grateful for such awesome customer service...and kindness!

My new favorite Auto Part Store! Just like any other bussines EXPECT THEM to be busy talkn to customers on the fone or in person, So, I bought over $200 on auto parts for my Stealth, order a part to be there in a few days, checked a few prices for other parts and the guy that rang me out was patient, informative, and to top it of gave me a $50 cupon that brought my total down from $220 sum to $170 sum! That was fkn cool! Im deff goin back for more parts and ordering what my baby needs to run like new

I stopped in to see if they had the part I needed and they had it in stock and at a good price. I can almost always get what I need and if they don't have it at that particular store, they can get it for me from another and ship it quickly.

Easy to shop and salesperson was very helpful, I will be back

Rob was awesome and gave me lots of knowledge on how to improve my mpg. Very personable and courteous. I will continue doing business at this location.

Order on line for curbside pickup didn't work, but their inventory was correct & they had what I needed to battle the ice storm.

This is my place for parts. It's open a little later and always seems to have what I need. Best of all, I can order online and get up to 20% discount.

Had to exchange a defective gas cap. I forget my written receipt. They took care of it no problem
