Amazing customer service from John. I called to get the details about the new Zelda game release and he went above and beyond to make sure that he was able to explain to me how I was going to be able to pick it up with no hassles, team members like this make your establishment flourish.

Never had a bad time here. If they didn't have it in stock they'd order it for me right then and there and have it shipped to my place. Staff is friendly and has always gone out of their way to help.

So I ended up at this location after the girl at the kingstowne store was very rude. I called before heading here to make sure they allowed my trade & Bradley who answered the phone was very professional & nice! I get here & right away we are greeted by Caroline who assisted with my trade in. Both Caroline & Bradley were very helpful & also made suggestions to games that I would possibly like! Definitely recommend this location & will make the 25 min drive for any gaming needs!

Is a Gamestop if you been to one you’ve been to them all so I base my review on customer service. I came in today to trade in my day one PS4 for a Pro and the customer service was not only very great it was funny too. I recommend the store and the black guy is hilarious I didn’t catch his name but he’s awesome.

The staff at this gamestop are pretty helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Ive gone multiple times (even on Thanksgiving/Black Friday and never encountered any problems) and have asked multiple questions and never recieved attitude from anyone. Shoutout to Anthony the SM for knowing about TrueCrime NYC though.

Staff was great, came here during the midnight release for Destiny TTK and there were free posters lollipops and everyone working was in good spirits. Not far from home so this will be my new location.

The happiest group of employees I've ever met at a GameStop. Usually get stuck talking about games for hours with the crew. If it wasn't too far from where I live now I'd go here exclusively.

Employees were helpful without being stalkerish...as can happen at gaming stores. Had great advice and inout regarding gaming systems and accessories. Glad this is my closest GameStop....but I would drive further to get to it if it wasn't!

Love this spot. They ARE busy, but the staff is amusing and helpful. I usually will go out of my way to shop at this particular gamestop.

Great place. Lots of figures and games. And gaming accessories. Well they are a little short on the gaming accessories. But the customer service is great!!
