Pizza Hut

We,ve haded had pizza Hut 4ever. & when we seen neighbor guy getting pizza delivered .I was ordering that nite.bc I was told they don't no more uugg someone told me Wrong 🤔😡 But now happier. When I ordered it .I missed the flavor so much I forgot how it tasted. Super Good 😁🙂. & only took 30 mins. During day b4 super bowel Yeah . I will continue to order.bc I Love pizza. 😁🍕🍕🍕 & Ate it so Quick I forgot to take pics. Lol

I ordered online for carry out, when I got there to pick up my order I could tell they were very busy.
I went in and was greeted by a very friendly young lady at the register.
I could tell she was a bit nervous and wanted to take good care of the customers.
She said it would be another ten minutes after being told that it would be ready in twenty when I ordered.
I went back to my car and waited another ten minutes.
And when I returned my pizza wasn’t ready yet.
So I stayed inside this time to wait.
They where slammed. This crew was working so good together to get the orders out as fast as the could. It was great to see such awesome teamwork.
This made my wait worth it.
Thanks to the staff and management in Bonner Springs for my hot and tasty pizza.
You ROCK!!!

Excellent delivery experience. Placed order by phone, it arrived right on time, and everything was delicious. Such a thoughtful Pizza Hut delivery person too—she thought to bring paper plates and things we would need since we’re staying in a hotel.

I've been eating at Pizza Hut for 40yrs. Great food and good people.

I placed an order for 6 pizzas early in the day to be ready at 5:15pm. I arrived 10 minutes early, hoping the pizzas weren't made early and sitting in the warmer. I was happy to see that they were still being prepared and came out fresh and ready for me precisely at 5:15. Tasted great and great service, even when they were clearly understaffed.

I am disabled and have a very active Australian Jack Russel who is my Medical Alert Service Dog. Pepper (the dog's name) managed to slip through my front door onto the porch while the gate was opened, just as the Delivery Person and I were exchanging the pizza. He was very quick to react and just barely stopped my dog from escaping into an adventure running through the neighborhood. Being Saturday afternoon, it would have been nearly impossible to rustle up a posse to walk the neighborhood looking for it.

There are many kinds of people who work hard in bad weather that are obliged to drive and deliver pizza's for cranky people. This person was so kind and understanding I wish could have stood up enough to give a big thank you hug to. This review will never change and will hopefully touch a future heart of whomever reads it and decides to leave a big tip. This was a special occasion for me as I had only returned from the hospital for the second time in a month and I wanted to watch College football without cooking. This was not a normal action for me because I usually bake a frozen pizza so this was a very special and out of budget treat.

The pizza came just a bit early too. The track record of this store is extraordinary. This area would be considered the sticks by many but the quality, offerings and timeliness are the same I would receive all over the country. I give great big huggs from a Disabled Vet to Pizza Hut and all their wonderful staff and delivery people in Bonner Springs, KS

I had the best all around service tonight!!!
Since COVID, customer service at most fast food places is horrible. Both the quality of food, and the courteousness of the staff has deteriorated and business tolerate their dysfunctional staff because they are desperate for workers.
This evening I stopped at the Bonner Pizza Hut to order dinner. The staff (especially the manager, I believe her name was Kayla) was courteous, helpful, pleasant, and had a refreshing positive attitude. Plus, my pizza and pasta were exactly what I order - delicious!

I have my moments with not wanting pizza but 9x out of 10 that's what I get! I would not go to any other pizza hut I've grown quite attached, spoiled to them seeing my name on their screen and knowing who's it actually is for and it's definitely "almost" perfect each and every time I place an order. Managers are always respectful even though you see they have had a rough day. I would recommend the Bonner Springs location any time!

The driver who delivered my pizza was a super sweet guy. Store forgot my 2liter so he went to the gas station on the corner and brought me back one! Extra tip for him what a great guy

There was a slight mistake with some of the toppings on the pizza and although looking extremely short staffed they were quick to fix the situation which I appreciated quite well thank you guys

Well made food. Would have had speedy service but they was dealing with a difficult customer. So they handled it well and got me in and out as fast as they could for what they had to deal with.

In person order on a Sunday the service was quicker than I expected. Pizza was good too.

I love how fast this location makes my pizza order, and I've never had it made wrong or anything missing!

Super fresh and quick boots of pepperoni and extra sauce the way I like.

Making my order for the night, it went smoothly time wise and also notifying me where my order was at, it made life alittle easier to receiving my order.
