I had a good interaction here today. My preorder of a game at Best Buy had fallen through as they oversold. I was able to reserve the final copy here and it was ready for pickup within an hour. Employees were super friendly and knowledgeable.

The associate I believe her name is Ariel was very friendly helping me sell my xbox and deserves a raise!

Austin gave me the best customer service I could have asked for. I had a hard time finding a game that I wanted. I walked into the store. Rather than just telling me they didn't have it, Austin looked at his system, found the game I wanted at the store nearest my home, he called that store, had them hold it, and gave me his card. When I arrived at my destination I gave them Austin's name as well as mine and I didn't need to explain anything. Austin was fantastic and I am coming to him for all my gaming needs. I highly recommend his store. The service was beyond fantastic. I am becoming more loyal to GameStop because of the amazing service I received.

I had the pleasure of working with Austin. Dude was really great to work with and showed me some Diablo 4 trailers, which of course led to me pre ordering. Dude didn’t feel like a salesman but someone who truly wants me to enjoy my games. The receipt didn’t print out right the first time so I couldn’t do the survey for him. As promised for great service, thank you Austin.

This is a great gamestop the staff is helpful, friendly, and fun. The store is clean and it's easy to find what you need.

I had a great experience of great customer service from Austin, I got a controller from there that ended up not working and took it back and he traded me out for a different one that I actually like better. I like that dude very very good customer service that I don't see very much. Definitely like this store and one of the better ones I've been to, thanks Austin you da man.

We came to buy a switch and Austin was super helpful! He spent at least 20 minutes helping us choose between our options, answering questions, and recommending games! Super great experience thanks to him!

Full disclosure, I don't like Gamestops and got dragged there by someone else. However my most recent experience was AMAZING and now this is only Gamestop I will shop at for the rest of my life! Is it a special Gamestop? Nah. But it has a super special employee- Austin with the beard! He provided the BEST service, was incredibly knowledgeable about the games and system we were asking about, and he was hilarious. Even when giving bad news, he was amazing. Oh, and he's bilingual, so he's amazing in Spanish too! If Gamestop doesn't have this Austin, I don't want it.

The employee was very pleasant to talk to. We came for Pokemon cards, and while they didn't have boosters, they did have some nice Elite trainer packs. Happy we came to this location.

I went to look out the Switch and walked out with the OED and 6 games.
The employees are very helpful and made my shopping experience enjoyable.

I like this location. It's well situated and generally easy to get into, as the entrance isn't right off of a main road. There are also other good businesses around it. They have friendly and reliable staff. For example, I've never had a problem with a hold they've placed for me. Enjoy!

There is a young lady that was there today and because of her spectacular customer service skills, I had the best experience. I don't know her name but she's a good worker! Love this location. Will be coming again soon!

We came in looking for a switch, and we got lucky and found one! But the 5 stars are 100% for Rachel, the young woman who helped us. She was so pleasant and kind, she was so excited for us to find the switch and she gave us lots of good tips and pointers! Thank you Rachel!!! 💖

Great store and a great staff. Trevor (a very friendly member of said staff) was continuously helpful and great at keeping the flow going within the store. I recommend if your looking for good deals and great titles. The employees are very knowledgeable with technology and any questions you have have of anything!

I was recently taking advantage of the buy-2-get-1-free sale that these guys were doing so I visited a bunch of stores. I was referred to this store because they had the games I was looking for. The games were super easy to find and I didnt need any help from the staff. When checking out, the employee gave a quick and clear explanation of the warranty and also shared his excitement for me to play the games and gave some advice which he wrote down on the receipt for me. I really appreciate the involvement in the process.

The customer service is awesome trevor is the man and the manager is super nice and will help with any questions. As always due to bills and life having the extra money for the newest games is a struggle. But thanks to the gamestops trade in system we have been able to enjoy the newest games by trading in old systems smart watches and games we have already beat. I highly recommend this location to anyone that wants good service!

My sister and I came in here for the Kingdom Hearts gatcha machine, and the guy who helped us was awesome!!! I think his name was Trevor? Tanner? I feel bad I can't remember. But he had a cool beard. :) He made our time there fun and hilarious.

We went to get a charger for my Xbox and initially got the wrong one, but Trevor was able to switch what I'd purchased for the right one. The store want busy, and I was treated more like family than a customer. Definitely check these guys out

We love GameStop! Nice selection of Funko Pop and tons of games for every new console. Great prices too. It would be nice if they sold Wii or WiiU games though.
