I was having some wild problems with my phone/t mobile. It took hours to fix. Johnny was extremely patient and helpful, and did everything he could to remedy my situation, and correctly advised me on what to do with a specific issue that was out of the wheelhouse of what a t mobile representative can do in the store. I was in there for 3 hours but everything turned out well in the end thanks to his patience and assistance

Great service, Aileen and Riven treated me like royalty. I’m so happy to have T-Mobile because my experiences with this team group of people that work here does a great job.

Came in to upgrade and was greeted by the manager Moses at the mall location. I was told the wait times can be around 5-10 mins before a representative is available. So I sat down and waited 5 mins till a rep was free. Charles helped me pick out my phone and gave me break down of what monthly cost would be. I highly recommend going to this location for service.

Maria was great. She was so pleasant and helpful. They had a problem with their computers so I went back twice. I told her what phone I wanted and She had everything ready when I went back. She helped me out with how to use my new phone and answered all my ?'s. She gets a 10 from me. And deserves a raise for her customer service skills.

A 10 definitely to recommend T-Mobile at Westgate Mall.

I went in to the store for a protective screen. Staff recommend me a stronger but less expensive brand and I haven't had to replace it since, and I have dropped my phone a handful of times since then. Staff was also kind enough to install the protective screen for me too. I left the store very happy and relieved with my purchase.

As always, I get the support from the team. Trying to understand and compromise with my new Note 20. It's doable with the help of TMobile's team at WestgateMall. The phone is expensive BUT... I wish I can do a review since I have a lot to say against it. I prefer my Note 8, if it was 5G capable. Now speaking of 5G, I don't see any difference, do you? 🤔😂

Young girl was very pleasant and helped me quickly. very knowledgeable much better experience here than in fall river store.
