Went in to turn in my passport documents without an appointment, and the wonderful people working there were able to do my application anyway. I am very thankful they were able to take the time to sign all the documents needed to submit for my passport, when they could have told me to come back another day. A+ service!

We just moved to Oakmont and used this Post Office to mail some Christmas packages. It was a "blast from the past" and the one postal worker was so kind and polite despite the line. You will have to wait a bit but it is worth it to get personalized non-hectic service!

As another poster mentioned, I also had a bottle of pills shipped to this post office for my 100 year old aunt as I live out of the area. UPS was the carrier and says they delivered the package. The post office is claiming they have no idea where the package is and have no way to track it......something fishy is going on at this post office. Beware what you have shipped to this post office is my advice.

The phone no. listed is an information line to the US Postal directory 800 line. you have to go through the robotic screening process to get the direct line phone number. when called, there was no answer, i.e., 10 or more rings and then a recorded announcement : "answering system Off!"
WTH?

They have either lost or given away a package of pills worth $100+. They supposedly dont know who got them but all i can do is "wait and hope they bring it back to the post office".

I failed to receive two packages scheduled for delivery on different dates. Even with the tracking numbers the PO didn’t know what happened to them
