This might be a smaller post office it sure lacks the headaches and anguish of the South New Hope branch. The people that are working inside the post office know their stuff and they keep things moving right along I was impressed with their patience,knowledge and attitude!!!!!

I cannot say enough positive about the service I get from all the clerks at this post office and my mail carrier is awesome. Telvin and my mail carrier went out of the way to give me extra customer service when I forgot to label a box. I will be following up with a letter to the postmaster . Thank you Dallas Post office

Typical post office wait but employees are personable, friendly and usually remember your name. They will help with all postal needs and usually tell you the best and cheapest way to ship.

Staff is nice but I’m from out of state so my family is always sending packages to my home. BUT GUESS WHAT!! They don’t deliver packages so every other week I have to physically go up there. I explained to them I work from home they can just leave it at my door but no I always find a pink slip in the mailbox saying they tried to deliver it! They don’t try at all it’s very inconvenient

This is my work post office and they are horrible. At least 6 times in the past year we have used their so called pick up service and they fail to come in and pick it up. When she does pick it up, she leaves our other mail in the mailbox cause she has an attitude about getting out and coming in which is what she is paid to do. She has asked us to put our boxes in the mailbox, however we don't always have time to do it in the morning and because of previous theft, we don't leave it in there overnight. I have complained to the supervisor, but he is just as lazy as she is. He doesn't give a flying flip to word it nicely. Customer Service STINKS! If you don't want to work for your money then quit so someone who is unemployed and wants to work can!!
