Exceptional service by Mrs Bell. The woman who prepared my taxes. She went out of her way to take care of me. Y'all go see her at the Canton office!

Mr. Germany my agent was very courteous and knew his stuff. He took time to explain things to me so I got a good understanding about my taxes.

Because I was greeted at the door with a smile and Ms. Vera is so nice and she cares about her clients.

Ms. Vera is such a sweet lady who adds a bit of a cheerful atmosphere to the dreadful tax filing process!

This was the first time I used hr block in Canton. Twice the lady just didn't show up to our appt, one other time they called and said she was in Memphis or something. I left my W2 there or I would've went elsewhere. Finally called on filing day a week later to say it was ready. Sit there for an additional 45 minutes to "sign" to finally be told she decided she didn't want to do my son's..at 5:00 filling day. NEVER going to an HR block again.

I filed my taxes with H and R block and felt like everything was correct. Usually when you complete your taxes you will receive an email that it has been accepted. A week went by and no email. I contacted them and was told some corrections had to be made. I was never informed within that time. If I never would have called the office my return would have never been processed. Will not use them next year.
