Best biscuits! Really good food.

Today I went to the Frisky Biscuit for the first time. I ordered (and paid over $20 for, including the $4/20% tip) steak and eggs and bottled water. As I sat waiting for my food I drank some of my water and found that it was not cool at all. I decided to ask for a cup/glass of ice for my water when my food arrived. I sat and waited just a few minutes for my food. When it was delivered, I asked the waitress to bring me a cup of ice for my water. The young waitress (late teens or early 20s) told me very matter of factly and curtly, "A cup of ice is $1.00" I almost laughed, but said, "Surely you must be kidding. I just paid over $20 for this meal." She said, "Yes, ma'am, it's a dollar". And that was that. If I hadn't paid for my food (including paying for a bottle of water), I'd have gotten up and walked out. I will go back once again, if only to see if the issue was with the waitress. If I find that it is, I will never again. If I find it was a mistake (how could it not be?), I'll go again.

The food was excellent, but my experience was ruined by the waitress's rude, curt response to a very simple request for something that should have been free.

Cant tell if the food is good or bad. Showed up during posted hours and doors locked. Need to update hours of operations if not serving on Saturdays.
