I went to Tmobile at the Walmart Plaza in Hartford and my experience with Angiecely was beyond phenomenal. Angie was professional, transparent, most importantly patient with me. She provided exceptional customer service. I'll definitely return to that store because of her. Thank you Angie!

In all honesty I couldn’t ask for better help with two of there employees Angie/ Manny Angie understood my concern with another carrier that I had she did her very best to help me with everything today I stop by the store again and Angie was very busy. Today Manny attended me and he also understood my concern I was very blessed to have these employees help me with my concern as mother grandmother auntie I couldn’t ask for better service.Stop by the store today ask for for one of them trust me when I say they help they went over and beyond thank you once again

Love love this T-Mobile store, most of the employees are very friendly, Christian thank you for helping me with my upgrade, I was a bit skeptical but you made me feel comfortable,you assured me that everything would be fine.There is Also another girl who applied my daughters screen protector, i forgot her name but I just wanna say a big thank you! You guys know how to make a customer wanna come back.

Went in there and the atmosphere is so peaceful and the workers are very friendly and welcoming. Went for an upgrade and Leslie was willing to work with me and I really appreciate that! Definitely recommend this sprint store for any help you are seeking for especially with getting a new phone 😊

I went there to activate a new phone and Romario helped me and was very nice, polite, and professional. I felt that he went above and beyond his duties because he transferred my pictures from my old phone to the new one and offered me an umbrella for when I walked to my car because it was pouring rain. Thanks :)

I have worked with many different Sprint stores (since 2001), and this one is efficient and friendly. I really appreciate good customer service. Thank you.

Este Tmobile es el mejor en Hartford. Todos los empleados son bien servicial y profesionales. Bianca iso todo lo posible para ayudarme y recuperar mi cuenta. El manager Angel también fue excelente en su trabajo. Y Kristian fue muy ayudante también.

Bianca is knowledgeable and always helpful during my visits to T-Mobile. She goes above and beyond to inform the customer so they can make best decision for themselves.
