Vicar’s RV is an excellent place to do business with and get the perfect Travel Trailer. From being to delivery the process was totally enjoyable. My salesman, Justin was very professional and knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable immediately. Pricing was very competitive in fact they beat all the bigger competitors and the instruction on delivery was not rushed, and it was very helpful. Just bought my second travel trailer from Vicars Trailer Sales in Taylor, Mi. I have worked with Justin both times, although they are all friendly and helpful. Justin gave me encourement and respect in selling my other unit myself and waiting for me to make my choice of a new camper, (something I didn't get from the large local dealer where they tried to push me into trading in my other camper and making a deal at the RV show). I wish I could name all the outstanding service people too, who showed me everything inside and out, the new trailer hitch and installing the electric brake switch in the truck. Everything went so smoothly in the delivery of our new camper. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an RV. Thanks everyone!

I bought a camper in 2015 from Vicky and I always remembered how nice and informative they were when I bought it. Fast forward 9 years later I needed a part for the outdoor kitchen, I now live even farther so I stopped at General RV. Horrible choice, I don’t think I could’ve even paid them to be a customer, they wanted nothing to do with my business. I ended up stopping in at Vicar a week ago and they were still fantastic and so pleasant. Vicky called to let me know my part was in but I did not listen to her voicemail and assumed I could go pick it up. I stopped and they happened to be closed but there she was, smiling in front asking if I needed anything. I ended up making small talk and really miss customer service like this anymore. Vicars will always be my go to for anything RV related!!

Justin was awesome.. He took his time with us and even though we couldn't buy right now, that is the place I will go back to when we can make the camper dream happen. Very professional never changed his personality.

Everyone at Vicars was very helpful. They are friendly, knowledgeable people. Jeremy helped us get our trailer, but the entire team took time to explain everything from the hitch to the rear bumper. As a retired accountant, I understand the 3% charge for paying with a card; it is becoming the norm in many business establishments. We look forward to our travel experiences.

This was my first time working with Vicars Trailer Sales, and I have to say…it was a home-town, feel good buying experience. When there was a concern with an oversight by the manufacturer, they were quick to get the trailer updated and back to me with all things pleasantly resolved. They offered timely communications to keep me informed. That builds trust and reliability for future needs.

Katie was wonderful, both at the RV show and in setting up a unique trailer they had not sold before. She listened to my needs, answered all my questions, has a great relationship with the RV maker, and went the extra lengths to make sure I was satisfied at every step. It was better-than-fair on the pricing compared to other dealers with the same model (Sunray 109E). The whole group at Vicars was friendly and professional, especially Melvin who makes everyone feel welcome. Steve in the back was so knowledgeable and helpful in getting the right towing gear.

I recently went and visited vicar’s trailer sales at the RV show in Novi over the weekend and I must say I was really impressed with their staff. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jeremy while I was there. They have a great selection and I love knowing that they are locally owned business. You can really tell they have a passion for their business. I will definitely be back and would happily recommend them to anyone who is looking for a camper.

If you are in the market for a camper, I HIGHLY recommend Vicar’s!! Their sales team is knowledgeable and very kind. They are not overly pushy or rude to get you to buy things you don’t need. We shopped around for months and a friend of ours recommended them to us. We knew right when we got there that we would be choosing something from their lot. This place is AMAZING! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. The service is great, the owners and the family is great! The sales team here doesn’t pressure you to sign for something you don’t want, they truly care about you and your safety. When they show you units and you’re with your family, they won’t hover over you and listen to your decision making, they give you space. That’s a good thing to me because I feel less intimidated by someone. I admire the story of the business and how they started, it’s quite inspiring. I have ALWAYS shopped local, and will remain doing so when living in other states. Coming from Philadelphia a few years ago, I love how communities support the locals here, it reminds me of back home. They genuinely want you to get the rv/camper YOU want. SHOP VICARS!

They always do a great job for us. We have been a customer with Vicars for 19 years +. We have bought 3 trailers from them and couldn’t be happier. Justin is a great salesman and the staff is phenomenal.

Had a few issues with my Camper, which were quickly fixed. The staff was open to a suggestion I had and were able to provide a solution. When I picked up my Camper, a staff member saw I was manually cranking the lift and came and partially charged the dead battery without being asked. All staff were friendly and very helpful. I will return for their services in the future!
