Harbor Freight Tools

They have some good tools that work .
I have found they don't sell individual wrenches and sockets you have to go to Home Depot or Lowe's to get Husky or Craftsman.

You MUST first understand how to identify a good tool before you are allowed to shop here for them, however 🧐 Caveat emptor.

For the price, these tools are great. If I were using the tool every day, I would look at higher end options, but for something used once and a while, things here are great. For instance, I bought their chainsaw chain sharpener and it has work great for me.

The staff is always very helpful with locating items and letting you know of upcoming specials. Just know the quality of some of the tools you are buying before purchasing. I mostly buy with the intention of 1x use so they exceed my expectations.

Every employee in this store is extremely helpful. Have been a customer at this location for 4 years now and will intentionally go out of my way to use this location. Good team.

I go to two different locations, being about mid way between them. Some pretty decent deals here. You need to know what you're buying since most is Chinese import. Had decent service from power tools, definitely my go to for tools I know will get destroyed or modified for a certain task.

5/6/22. Still satisfied. Easy exchange if you break something. Sometimes items are out of stock at one store but available at the other.

2/15/24. Picked up a generator on sale, 20% off. Nice and quiet.

Great place to pickup some inexpensive tools and materials. Have had some decent experience with what I've purchased at Harbor Freights.

Wonderful place to go in, get what you need, and roll out. If you don't want to go to Lowes and want to avoid the hustle and bustle its the place to go. I have only needed to return one item and they made that simple as can be. Team is helpful and great prices.

Always a fun store to go look around

I do usually enjoy a visit to any Harbor Freight, but the Martinsburg WV Harbor Freight stands out. I've never seen a retail store where all the employees go above and beyond to help me find items. The Managers bend over backwards to help.

Clean and tidy with friendly staff - can't ask for much more than that

Great selection, clean and well stocked. The associates will help and are friendly, but do not bug you if you are just browsing. I have purchased many products from Harbor Freight over the years with some being great and some being ok, but overall I have been very satisfied with the products and services.

Clean, friendly, have regular coupons. Terrific prices for what they have. They have a lot, but not everything. It is a a tool store, not a hardware store. Tools are rated good, better and best to help with your selection. Many customers do not mask, despite sign on door. Restrooms are available.

Apart from not having a 20oz smooth face hammer. My experience is all ways amazing here. The woman that checked me out was not only the sweetest she had an amazing small that would bring anyone back. They are all ways ready to help you, their customer service skills at this particular location is all ways on point.

Harbor freight is the store for the poor man or woman trying to get the job done. Great tools and great prices. Not at all impressed with generators stay far away go get duromax gen and save yourself the trouble trust me they have 9000 watt that wont run a 220 air compressor so you have been warned. Other than that I have had zero issues and the staff is always customer oriented.

Sales are actually a steal here :) Clean place, organized and staff is helpful and friendly without being pushy. Some products are not carried, though, for some odd reason. For example, drywall knives are there and a great deal but they do not carry the metal drywall pan to go with them. If you are looking for something specific, maybe call to see if they carry it first.

I always find good deals on things I need at Harbor Freight. Use your coupons for more savings, and plan your purchases using the 20% super coupon. It gets applied to the largest expense item, not to the whole bill. So I usually buy one item with the super coupon. And it helps to look up the sale items before hand so that you can print out or get the coupons ready for when you check out. It's not the greatest quality tools, but it is a great value for most things once you know what you need and being aware of the quality. I only get certain things fro HF. I have also shopped online and found the Harbor Freight online service to be quick and accurate.

The quality is going up. Use the coupons, YouTube anything expensive and stay away from most of the Pittsburgh
