Family Clinic

I've been with Melanie for a really long time. She took very good care of my Momma until she passed away. She has always been a very patiently listener. Melanie is not only my Dr, she's a best friend. She has a wonderful staff that treats you like family, we,or I know I would be lost without her.

Melanie Reeves is supposedly a Nurse Practitioner and may even have more credentials than just a Nurse Practitioner, Either way I don't care because I have found her to be as wise or smarter than most any Doctor I have ever used. You never get stuck in the waiting room for long periods of time like most doctors and she will spend all the time you need talking to you in terms you can understand. She has also taken very good of my elderly father and anyone that can do that must be a very patient and understanding person. LOL! My wife and I her really love her and her staff. They all do a great job.

Tracy is one of the most attentive and caring nurse practitioners I have seen. I’m so thankful to have her in the area. If you like feeling important to your doctor & staff, see Tracy and the girls at Family Clinic at the Lake.

Had trouble getting her to listen to me. Never explained anything! Never checked me over, only touched me one time & I had to ask her to feel the hard knot n my hand. Had a growth come up on my leg. After months of asking about it, I had to say I wasn't leaving till something was done. Sent me to Dr. Green....first thing he asked "Why did you wait so long?"! All I ever heard from her @ EVERY visit was "You only come here for your pain meds." Is that not what a doctor is for? Told her from the very start "I hate taking pills!", but she kept trying to put me on more & more pills!! Her staff was as nice as could be!! She made me feel like I was a drug addict! I have sever double curve of the spine with degenrative disks & nerve damage!!!

Had appointment at 2 and I'm still waiting at 3:20pm.. this place needs a new scheduler.. rude and not very professional

Dr Reeves drop me cause I spoke my mind that she wasn't doing her job so if any goes there it's seems your not allowed to spoke your mind if a Dr not doing there job

First of all she is not a doctor!!! I would give her 0 stars if u could!!!!
