Jones Ford

Living in Florida and looking for a bigger vehicle for our family. Our neighbors down the road suggested Jones ford. I reached out to the dealership and worked with Zach, who listened and understood what we were wanting and looking for. He was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond for our family. I will definitely suggest jones ford and Zach to anyone looking for a vehicle.

This was my second purchase from Jones Ford and this experience was as good as the first. Our dealings with Jamie was great. He stayed past his regular hours on Tuesday when we came to view the truck to ensure we were well taken care of. When we came back on Wednesday to finalize the deal Jamie greeted us when we got there on Wednesday and helped greatly with any questions we had. Also we had dealings the we had with James and Anthony on Tuesday before we came to view the truck was excellent also. My truck had a recall appointment on a Wednesday morning, so I dropped it off the evening before to allow it to cool down… they called me no later than mid morning on Wednesday to inform me that the truck was ready to go.

Even though I decided not to purchase a vehicle here, both LeeAnn and Jaron were excellent. We stopped by Jones Dealership to make an appointment for an oil change, but we didn't need to make an appointment! They said they could change it right then and there. The waiting area was very comfy with tv, vending machines, and free coffee. Bathrooms were very convenient and clean. We waited under 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this place. They are always nice, friendly, and thorough.

I came from out of state, visiting family, when I saw a mustang with all of the features I was looking for. I called and spoke with Casey Gentry, who has been the most friendly, informed, and helpful car salesman I've interacted with thus far. He then proceeded to help answer all of my questions via text. We managed to negotiate and work out a deal (with a trade in as well)! And now? I'm a proud owner of a new 2017 grabber blue mustang, and I cannot express my excitement enough! I want to call out the financial process, which went extremely smoothly, and I LOVE that the signing and all of the information was on an electronic screen on the desk for us to review and sign!! I have been extremely satisfied in my experience with Jones Ford. Amelia & Kailee made the entire process of buying my Pre-Owned Ford F-150 such any easy process. They were both super responsive, and if they didn't have the answers they went and found the answers for me. Of course, buying site unseen can be a little sketchy if you aren't dealing with the right people. They had no issue sending me all of the pictures and videos I needed to verify the trucks condition, even AFTER it had undergone the rigorous inspection process at Jones Ford. Once purchased, they even facilitated the delivery of the truck to my home well over 100 miles away within 48 hours saving me time and gas, something very valuable as a business owner as most know. Great customer service. Had my car serviced recently and the employees in the service center are very friendly and professional. I appreciate that they give you updates while you are waiting. Would highly recommend the sales and service departments.

Nicole Thompson at Jones GMC/ Ford Service department in Savannah, Tennessee was very helpful, courteous and professional all the way through. With our busy travel schedule (retired, rv'ers), this appointment wss made on my previous visit. Nicole worked with our travel schedule and we were able to come in for the scheduled appointment. Nicole greeted me upon arrival and told me my recall would be handled in a timely manner. When I mentioned I would wait and was going to get some breakfast, she offered to have someone take me if needed which I politely declined due to my wanting to walk. When the service was complete, Nicole came and got me in the lounge. She informed me that two recalls were taken care of. With the paperwork all signed, I was on my way. I love being able to bring my F350 dually into the service department. The capability to service my vehicle locally is one of the blessings of calling Savannah, Tennessee home. All the staff at Jones Ford/GMC has been excellant in manner and deed. Thank you so very much!
