5 stars for the chocolate shake that I can’t ever get made regardless of the machine is working or not. Got yelled at that the shakes were not available and not being made. Rude workers never smile all look mad at the world. Fries barely had cheese or bacon on them. They can do better surely.

Quick friendly service and the food was excellent! Large portions and milkshakes made with real ice cream and milk.

These guys did a great job last Thursday. We were on a school trip and stopped for lunch and dinner. They got us great food and were super friendly. The place was also really clean. Thanks guys! I love your chicken and burgers!

Great chicken dinner, yummy milk shakes.

I get home and my cheeseburger is not in the bag. Paid 21.75 and my food isn't there. 30 minute round trip to order and another 30 minutes to go back. Not worth it

This place is awesome because of the young people working here . Our church bombards them every Wed night and Sunday night and they are so sweet and accommodating. They are always working so hard . It blesses me to see young people with so much respect and good work ethics. Oh and I almost forgot they got the best fried chicken ever. 🍗

I had the best service Today.My son and I normally get 2 chicken dinners. The girl working the front advised us we could save money getting it another way. Tiffany deserves a raise. Not only did she save us money, she took care of our every need during the entire experience. Awesome job! This is my definition great service.

This is 1 if tge best Jack's I've ever eaten at!! I had a fairly big order everything from burger to chicken fingers mashed potatoes and gravy and pies. I went thru the drive-thru and surprisingly they got my order correct the 1st time. They were very quick and very accurate and every single thing we ordered was great!! Thank you for a great experience!!

I've eaten here several times since my initial review, so I decided to rewrite. They're consistent, and I've had no bad experiences. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and facility stays very clean. My order has never been wrong. It's a nice change from the typical burger joints. They do have free WiFi, but you have to give them an email address. Would you like spam with that WiFi? No thank you.

The food was out in under 3 minutes and it was piping hot! The chicken I had was super flavorful and the sweet tea was nicely cold. Nice people are always a bonus point!

2 fish for $6.00!! Jack's has great fish sandwiches, just not all the time. And I asked for onions and they didn't forget. I'm happy!

We live in Nashville, but drive thru Adamsville often going to see relatives in Mississippi. Stopped by Jack's on Sunday, 9/5, at 5:00 p.m. Went thru the drive-thru and bought two milkshakes. The young man working the window was personable and professional. Was a great representative of the company. The milkshakes--one cookies-and-cream and one vanilla--were outstanding. We'll definitely stop here again.

Jack's is one of my favorites. Chicken and burgers can't go wrong. Fast and friendly service and good prices. Plus they have great ice cream and shakes.

This is a great little all American restaurant! They are all about the South and southern cuisine, fast food/fried chicken style, and they always have a great breakfast menu. Go check them out!👍🏽

I loved working here and having great co workers who truly care about customer service. They became my family and truly try to be the best they can be and help not on their customers but the community as a whole!

I go to this Jack's all the time. The food is wonderful,employees are nice and not alot of wait time. The one in Savannah is total opposite.

If only there was Jack's in every state. This is the last thing we stop to eat before leaving Tennessee and the first place we stop to eat returning to Tennessee. Always friendly staff serving hot and fast food.
