This place is fenomenal to say the least, I walked in today to get some electrical supplies for a windlass installation and I was blown away by the amount of boats and fishing supplies these people have!!! First time on El Capitán and I don’t t think I’m ever again going to a different store. Javier took me around the store and made sure I had everything I was looking for before heading over to the cashier. The customer service on this store is fenomenal and great prices. I will be coming back for sure. Thank you again Javier and the rest of the team that helped me today.

Wow! I wish I won a shopping spree here. This place has everything a serious fisherman could need and the prices are very good. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Brought a couple of reel and rods ,the price were great ,after purchasing one rodhad adamage tip and they repaired it at no cost while I waited. Will be buying more of my fishing gear from them an the future, thanks El Capitan .

went in looking for a a rod and reel combo, asked the cashier for some help from one of the employees. she called someone over they asked me what i was looking for and what price range i was looking for. i wanted something good for saltwater and okay for freshwater and was looking at $75-175 range he showed me a couple combos that met both criteria i liked a penn that he had me look at and helped me get some line

another employee loaded it for me and i was good to go. paid and started walking out when i noticed the reel was missing the top ring, i hadnt noticed until i brought the reel down to get out the door. went back talked to the cashier and she called over im not sure if it was the owner or store manager.

explained what happened and he went and looked for exact rod to exchange it for me which i wanted but they didn't have more in stock unfortunately so he showed me similar rods to exchange my damaged one for i picked a penn rod that was a bit taller and went for the exchange there was a price difference which i let him know i would be fine paying for he told me it was fine apologized for the situation told me it was fine.

employees were very nice and the one who helped me first seemed knowledgeable and didn't just steer me to the top of my price range or over just for a sale. im new to fishing so would have been easy enough, helped me find something i liked and was perfect for what i wanted. wish i got the manager or owners name appreciate how he handled the situation i would have been fine with exchanging and paying a difference for another rod. definitely coming back for other fishing supplies.

This is the best marine shop in Miami. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Extensive selection. If they dnt have it they will order it for you , or tell you where to get it. Reasonable pricing . Conveniently located. Over all great store.

Goog place to get most of the boating and fishing gears with some amazing deals here in miami. I came here with my friend whome the staff knew and they were very friendly.
