Great customer service. Knowledgeable and kind.
Dina was very helpful in resolving some concerns I had.

The postal service workers were really nice, welcoming and helpful. It was pretty fast too I was there a total of 6 minutes and they had a line of about 4 people.

I have been receiving an International package every two weeks once for a long time from this spot; I don't have any missing package; the only challenging experience was the USPS staff told me the box which is supposed to be delivered today, was sent back to customs for some reason. I need to talk with the businesses and the international sender to resolve this problem. So I start to contact these two parties. The customs responded they would not ask the USPS to send the package to them and suggested I talk to the USPS. And the USPS insists the customs ask for sending my parcel to them. I was upset and had nothing to do to get my package. And one month later, I got a call from the USPS. The staff said:” to be honest, your package is here and never to send to customs, it's our mistake.” even I spent a lot of time for the unnecessary communication back forth for their mistake. We all make mistakes, but they are responsible for their mistake; honest is always first. An absolute five star gives to you.

@12:51pm: it is quiet & nice for USPS drop off super cute & nice woman running the front. Receipt only says: clerk #9. This rep is very competent & friendly lady. Will come back more for her.

We love this post office. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had any issues coming here to drop off packages or having to stand in line to get assistance mailing items internationally. They have a dp it yourself counter where you can print labels for packages.

I know there a lot of complaints here. But what we have to consider is more people visit this place then there are workers there. Then, to top it off the Government downsized the staff to a few workers. And that's what I take into consideration. I have never had a problem at this place. I have always been taken care of.

wonderfull place workers are pleasant lines are not out the door.
Get called fast and out fast managers come out to help if needed.
some people writing reviews are just in a hurry and rude.

Dea helped me out so much yesterday. She has wonderful customer service skills. She takes ownership of that place and also helps her co workers. From the bottom of my heart, thanks so much Dea for helping yesterday!!!!!!!

Have had a PO Box with them for years. Never had a problem. Always friendly and helpful whenever I need to go to the counter.

This place is always so busy, but at the same time the people working have the best attitude and work professionally and kindly. Zarah, Victor and Silvia are always welcoming and ready to help.

Just glad we have postal service in this country, unlike other countries that services are limited.

The staff was super lovely, I've never gotten to interact and have a nice conversation in less then 2 minutes.
