Trust me when I say that Valley Pharmacy is so amazing in so many areas. Their staff are so so so nice. Understanding and non judgmental. . Because my insurance has zero copay. I always make sure to purchase products that I can use and need because I want to help in anyway I can so that Valley Pharmacy can provide the community with such wonderful services. I’ve never in my have I dealt with such a smooth operating pharmacy. The staff is amazing!! They’re sooo nice. The service is amazing!! If there is a problem with insurance or something they’ll explain what has to be done to fix the problem and it gets resolved!! I am soooo happy I switched from a major chain pharmacy that I’ll never go back. It’s exactly how a pharmacy should be. Not having to adjust my work schedule around waiting for my medication is priceless to me. A++++++++++. I love this place. I also want to add that I always feel comfortable calling and speaking with the staff about any issues or problems im having when the unexpected delay in getting the proper documentation for the RX. I feel like they have my best interest in heart and it shows. And i just want yo say thank you for being so kind , professional, caring and supportive. Plus they have amazing ice cream! 🍦

We needed some birthday cards and greeting cards and headed to Valley Pharmacy. We wanted some yummy Rich Farm ice cream too. Well the ice cream is sold out until the farm reopens but we found some beautiful cards at very inexpensive prices. Need a card for a special occasion? Head to Valley Pharmacy! They also had gifts cards and lots of gift items on sale. One stop shopping.. The team is super friendly and always makes you feel welcome .

Love Valley Pharmacy! Always greeted with a smile and professionally, the store itself is great having a variety of gifts and novelties available. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to go there (and I live around the corner from a CVS). 🩵🩵🩵🩵🌟🌟🌟🌟✨

I love this cute little place. I went there to get local honey today, and while I was paying I was met by the cutest little dog. The store also has really nice employees and very nice positive feel to it. I will def. be back 😊

This place is awesome! Our first time here because they were able to supply my son’s prescription when nobody else could due to a national shortage. Staff is super friendly. They are dog friendly. They also fill pet prescriptions. They have a nice selection of gift items as well so it’s a nice place to browse even if you don’t need a prescription. Highly recommend.

Love this Pharmacy .. Always a great experience and my go to for many needed home goods, gifts and even supports our local farms! Win Win all the way around and I get to see their puppy too!

I LOVE Valley Pharmacy! I never have any problems. Their customer service has gone above and beyond whatever expectations I have had of Pharmacys. They do their job. They are always kind, friendly and respectful! On top of the amazing staff, they have a very eclectic selection of local products and goods for sale! You have to go check it out for your self. I promise you will love it!!

I went there to see if they have a medication I use for my arthritis but only by a particular manufacturer as it's the only one that works for me. Walgreens doesn't always carry it now. Not only do they have it but they will try there best to have it available for me since I will be getting it filled there from now on. I'm paying out of pocket because only Walgreens is listed as my pharmacy but they are only charging me $10 where as Walgreens was going to charge me $38 at one time. So to Valley Pharmacy, thank you for helping me out!!! My knees appreciate it tremendously!!!

Best pharmacy! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Rarely have to wait more than a couple of minutes. And they sell Rich’s Farms ice cream!!!

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Valley Pharmacy. The staff is amazing and so helpful. They go above and beyond for there customers.

So friendly !!! It’s a miracle to have a pharmacy in this after Covid be so generous and helpful with questions. It’s family owned and operated, which makes me feel good I like to shop In small businesses when I can. The staff and owners are great.
I look forward to having Valley pharmacy for my new pharmacy.

Update 4/21/23 - if I could give Valley more than 5 stars I would. I had to change scripts and I had no idea the cost until Valley called and told me. They were also able to find a coupon that would bring down the cost by almost 200 bucks. Obviously, there won't be a coupon each time or for all medications but the fact that they took it upon themselves, as busy as they are, to go out and look for one speaks volumes.

Absolutely love this place. We have moved all our prescriptions over from other pharmacies to Valley including our dog's prescription. They are fast, reliable, warm and personable. Its always a pleasure going there and they have a lot of great stuff like bath bombs, lotions, tee shirts and such. The selection is very well curated....and they have ice cream from the most delicious farm!

Incredible family owned operation. Telnet make you feel right at home when you are there. I had been going to a big pharmacy for years and I switched over to valley pharmacy and I’m sure glad I did.

Switched to Valley Pharmacy few months ago! Could not be happier with my decision. Will is awesome and is always willing to answer all of my millions of questions. He is extremely knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

I went in for the first time yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised. We have been using a chain pharmacy for years and I have never been very satisfied. My daughters doctor recommended Valley Pharmacy and I couldn’t be happier. My daughter has to take Pediasure and only likes the chocolate flavor. I usually struggle to get them with the chain pharmacy but Valley Pharmacy had them for us the next day. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and they carried the boxes to the car for me. The store is also very clean and inviting. I plan on switching our prescriptions over to them.

Valley Pharmacy is simply the best. Not only is it family owned, the owners are on the property. Was previously a customer of CVS, Shelton which, is a joke. I called in a script on 2-19-23 and 4 days later it still wasn't filled. I took the script bottle to the pharmacy and neither tech nor the pharmacist(?) would even look at it. They said there was nothing in their system. What kind of proof do they need? I took my script to Valley Pharmacy and it was filled with no questions. There is a lot to be said about owner/operators. Good old fashion, down home service. Great job, Will, Jodi and Staff.

Today was my first visit at Valley Pharmacy. My daughter was prescribed an antibiotic. The pharmacy ( big retail pharmacy)that we normally used to use didn’t have the right concentration. I called Valley pharmacy and the owner not only told me that they have it in stuck but also called the other pharmacy for me to transfer the prescription. Not even 20 minutes later and my medication was ready. Highly recommend this place. Please support your local pharmacies !!!

I never write reviews but this is definitely needed. After a very stressful day back and forth with Walgreens Shelton, who really could care less about assisting you, I called Will at Valley Pharmacy and he was the kindness I needed. Walgreens went from your script is ready, to it’s not ready, to we don’t have your script, to oh we don’t have in stock, to oh by the way we close in 10 minutes. I am never going back to big box pharmacies where you get someone new each time you call. Will was so helpful and kind assisting to transfer my script as it was super time sensitive. To top it all off, my prescription came in about 60% CHEAPER than Walgreens. With the same insurance. I’m so happy I found you guys. It’s comforting to know there are kind and caring people left in this world. Especially when you have someone in distress over mediation, a person looking to assist goes such a long way. Thank you so much Valley Pharmacy. I’m now a customer for life!

I love this place. I'm so happy I switched my meds here. They're extremely helpful and go the extra mile to help. If you have your meds being filled somewhere else then switch to here. You won't be sorry.
