CVS Pharmacy

Have used this site multiple times since moving to North Texas in 2023 (vaccines required for employment, family prescriptions, even passport photos). The pharmacy staff is always helpful & courteous. Will continue using their services!

Number 1 cvs in my book. Great customer service . Never do I have to keep calling back for them to answer the phone. They always answer and always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of in a timely fashion. Always great attitudes and they always make sure you are satisfied. Props to this location. My experience with other locations was horrible. Almost went to a different pharmacy . Until I tried this location. Been a customer for 15yrs plus to cvs. This store completely changed my mind from switching to a different pharmacy. These employees work very hard in high repetitive volume and get the job done ! A big thank you to all, for your hard work and dedication!

The Pharmacy Tech went above and beyond of my husband. I appreciate him so much. Not good with names but he knows who I’m talking about. Thank you

So far so good. Four prescriptions filled with no snags whatsoever.No pharmacy could be as bad as the Walgreen's in McKinney on Redbud and University who we have been doing quite a lot of business with since moving to Texas Feb. of 2016. 90% of the time this Walgreen's had horrendous service in many ways, they kept promising things would improve which they only got worse. My sister recommended we switch to CVS here in Anna as she did when they had so many problems with the same Walgreen's and glad we did we. I am very happy as well as my sister with her many prescriptions with CVS and will keep all posted.

Super slow and pharmacist are rude

The reason I give this store one star is because I can't give a zero!! 3 mouth straight The have not had the same medication. I will be driving to McKinney Kroger when I never had one problem with same medication. Just thought I would trade locally LOL THESE PPL ARE A JOKE!!!!

Extremely slow. Always out of some medicines. Go to cvs in target in McKinney. They will fill in 30 minutes while you shop. Only 10 minutes down road.

I try to pick up my medicine and the pharmacy workers said they don’t have it when my doctor contact them they said yeah we have it and one of pharmacist said F word to me

I went to the Anna, TX CVS to buy Benadryl and saw Diet Pepsi on sale for 79 cents so I picked up 6. When I checked out I was charged 79 cents for three of them and $2.09 for the other three. I looked again at the sale sign for the Diet Pepsi and there was not a limit listed. I asked the manager about it and he said the Sale handout said there was a limit of 3. I asked why it wasn't posted on the Sale sign with the Pepsis' and he said it didn't need to be since it was in the Sale handout. I hadn't seen the Sales handout. I saw them as I walked by the display. I carried 6 Diet Pepsi to the checkout and walked out with "0". I do not care for deceptive advertising. I understand the Limit was listed in the Sales handout BUT it should also be posted on the Sale sign at the display.

Very horrible service. Rushed me out of line yelling at me through the intercom speaker being very rude to me and my kids. ( Specifically it was Brittany with the poofy hair and big earrings ).

The team needs LOTS OF COSTUMER SERVICE TRAINING.. ALL OF THEM. THEY ARE NOT PATIENT AND THEY NEVER KNOW ANYTHING WHEN YOU ASK THEM FOR SOMETHING.
