I'm new to embroidery and I sent Alex a few files and they came out perfect. Not only did he do a great job but being new he also help me with the designs so they would stitch properly. If you're looking for a really good digitizer don't hesitate to contact him. Alex you are the best!

SCAM ALLERT Buyer Beware
Eric was calling our company constantly. I gave Eric a small patch order to try them out. I wasn’t super happy with it but gave them another chance with a sublimation order. I received a vinyl order that was marked all over with black smudges. I comforted him. Eric said that he contracted this out and was worried about his reputation. After that he ghosted me. I tried to return the goods but could never get a return address. I googled his Sheridan WY address to find out that is not an actual location. This company also works under the name Patch Tripper !

Once they get your phone number they will never leave you alone. I get phoned at least once a week and was called twice in one day a couple of times. If you listen politely to them and then explain that you have no need of their services and would appreciate if they stop calling - they hang up on you and nothing changes.
Their work could be amazing, but they harass you so much nobody wants to deal with them.

They relentlessly spam call my business. Then when I finally did answer, they were exceptionally rude. I asked to be removed from the call list and they wouldn't even do that! Absolutely aghast at the audacity of these people.

I would give 0 stars if I could! They call and email our business constantly. We have requested numerous times for them to remove us from their database to no avail. I have made it abundantly clear that even if I did have business, I would NEVER send it their way due to their lack of respect for our wishes.

Our business overnight received 255,426 spam emails. They have not stopped. We have asked to stop as it has filled out our mailbox and was preventing us from getting messages from real customers in our inbox. Non-stop calls and e-mail spam daily. We have asked to stop but no such luck.

These guys are terrible spammers -- our business receives multiple emails and calls every week, despite several attempts to have our business removed from their call / email list. Totally unprofessional, couldn't care less what type of work they do.

They continue to call our company and e-mail us, will not remove us from their call list or emails. Very unprofessional company.

These people call our shop day in and day out. We are not interested in doing business with them due to their shady business and marketing strategies. Stop spamming me. Ethan is who I talked to today, really annoying to get calls from them every day.
