Mi cocina mexicana

This is a great place for good Tex-Mex style Mexican food. The atmosphere is clean and nice. The food was very fresh and tasty. Our waiter was very polite and answered our questions perfectly. I was impressed with the quality of food and the service.

We are always in search for a good Mexican restaurant while traveling. We found it here in Angel Fire. Everything was delicious. The cheese was a little thick. Meat was seasoned well. They do not serve alcohol (yet). Loved the decor. Waiter was polite :)

Easily the best restaurant here in Angel Fire and I’ve been to several of the restaurants here over the past couple years. None of those compare to here. This place is a blessing to have here, not only is it delicious for a resort restaurant it’s delicious PERIOD. As a Mexican and Texan, this is a great place to go to if you’re missing the Mexican food back home. ❤‍🔥both the mild and spicy salsa were LEGIT. 💪🏼

The food was delicious and the service has been wonderful every time we have been there!! The hot salsa is the greatest!!! Take a container to take some salsa home with you, we do!! We go every time come to Angel Fire!! Multiple times!!! Keep up the great work!! We will definitely be back for more of that hot salsa!!

Don't let the plain exterior fool you, this place has the best service in town by FAR. Beyond that, the food (as long as you enjoy texmex even a little bit) is very possibly the best in town. Unique interior decoration rounds this spot out as the absolute highlight of Angel Fire. I hope they stick around for many years to come! We ate here twice within 4 days, it's delicious.

Hidden gem in Angel Fire. Of all the places I’ve been this is definitely at the top of the list of local restaurants. Delicious food, friendly staff, and food was delivered quickly. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

We have eaten here several times and the quality of food is always great. Javier and his team always greet you with a smile and warm greeting. We recently were part of a wedding rehearsal dinner at Mi Cocina and Javier was very helpful through the entire process of planning the menu through execution. We rented out the entire restaurant and most of the guests were from out of town and completely enjoyed the experience.

Delicious shrimp taco salad! Very clean establishment. Lovely decor. Tasty fried ice cream. Great customer service!

They DO have Tex Mex, and they also have the friendliest staff! They are on our regular rotation. They also pack things up so nicely to go!

Perfect spot after a full day of biking! Came in and was floored by how good the chips and salsa was. Maybe a bit pricey, but I would totally order them again. Both salsa's were killer! The tacos were some of the best street tacos I have ever had. 10/10. I will be back!

Only thing that would have made it better was a cold beer, but it sounds like that should be coming soon!

Enjoyed dinner here over memorial day weekend. The food and service were superb! Prices were reasonable and the portion sizes were much larger than anticipated for the price! We will be back when we are in town again!

Easily the best Mexican food in Angel Fire. Service was great too, Javier was awesome.

We got an order to go and food was out quickly. Very friendly and courteous staff from the young man that took the order to the manager that I chatted with while waiting. We ordered chips and salsa, queso blanco, shrimp fajitas and a burrito and everything was great. We've been coming to Angel Fire for years and the service here is head and shoulders above anywhere else we've been to here. We will be back one or 2 more times this week while here. Highly recommend.

So glad we have this restaurant in AF. We really needed a good place with some spice! The Tacos Carbon are our go-to dish every time. Such a great place!

A simple place aways back off the main road. You can't tell but they occupy a corner of a strip-mall type building, easy to miss. They don't have a sign yet, being recently established. Family operated and very friendly - attentive service. They give a good size portion, and the presentation is spot on. I didn't have any complaints and would recommend checking them out.

Really great food, definitely the best compared to everything else we've eaten around Angel Fire, Taos, or Red River. They're brand new and understaffed but they're doing the best they can given the holiday rush. Chimichanga was excellent. The rice was so good. I'm used to getting pretty mediocre rice at Mexican restaurants but I was pleasantly surprised. 11/10

Amazing food and service! The salsa was great. We ordered the chicken nachos and enchilada bandera - so good. We can’t wait to return the next time we visit Angel Fire.

Delicious lunch of chicken, beef, and shrimp fajitas! This place is great! Two types of salsa, one very hot and one mild. I mixed the two together. Definitely will be back.
