This is Big Tree Brewing as well. Excellent beer and food. Nice outdoor seating area.

Great atmosphere, a super atmosphere to enjoy a beer at a bar without the angst of the tourism crowd.
I popped in around 5, had a willow stone and a burger, chatted with the group that was around the bar and felt good the entire time.

Only note to the kitchen. I love that the burger came out lickidy-split but let that cheese melt a bit more on the grill. As a customer I am okay with a 7-10 minute wait; gives me enough time to not only drink a beer but potential order another.

Amazing atmosphere and 10 out of 10 on the choices of dishes to choose from. Would highly recommend to anybody visiting or living in Waterbury.

Beer as it should be. Went to all the big y around this part of Vermont and this is the best beer I’ve found so far. Bodied and hoppy.

Didn't eat only had one beer. The establishment is no longer labeled as Big Tree but the Reservoir. Very confusing
