I went to the store in search of curly hair products for my daughters the new manager Katie was very kind and nice and helped me find the products that would best suit my daughters. The products I tried that she recommended were great and my daughters love them and it makes it easier for them to brush their hair

The gentleman at the mall of NH was marvelously helpful. He introduced me to a new hair color brand. I'm thrilled!

They have a mask policy! I love that they actually care about their employees and customers! Everyone is sweet as well 😊

Went here a little while ago and normally they are really nice and not too invasive. However the last time I went there they were being helped by a manager from another store who just went on and on about her store doing better and being so much busier. She came off EXTREMELY narcissistic and pushy. Repeated told us “im going to do you a favor and give you this” and pushed stuff onto us that we did not want nor need and scanned it with our items without us telling her we wanted them. She also kept recommending temporary dyes after us telling her we were looking for something permanent. I wish I remembered the store she said she managed because I would give them a review instead. If I could give that women a personal 1 star I would, but the girls who normally work there (even though they’re understaffed) are always so polite and very helpful when asking questions so they deserve the 4 stars

Return policy is poor. Recieved a douplicate gift for my birthday, they refused to refund the gift in anything other than store credit.

You need to wear a mask. I refuse to wear one when they remove the mask policy I will return.
