I highly recommend this location! Joni was a pleasure to work with. She was approachable and quick to answer any questions I had. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a warm smile and prompt assistance, making you feel valued and appreciated. This location is clean and well-managed. I cannot recommend this place anymore.

I had a great experience with the public storage facility. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facility was clean and well-maintained, and the security measures in place gave me peace of mind. Overall, it was a hassle-free and positive storage solution for me.

Went in to inquire about storage yesterday, unfortunately the property is pretty full but Trey in the office was very helpful and had lots of options for me. Hopefully I’ll be storing there in the future.

Joni was the best to work with. I had to call her twice and had to go back in and switch to another unit as I couldn’t get in mine. She was so kind and patient with me.

Signed up for storage unit today. Joni was easy to work with and did a great job. She took me for a tour, answered all my questions and helped me sign up quickly, painlessly and effortlessly. Great experience. I applied for a unit online and was contacted soon after, was able to start renting my unit that day. Shana was super nice! She showed me the unit and then was able to get me through the sign up process quickly, I really thought that she did a great job. Convenient location, climate-controlled unit, reasonable price, friendly staff.

My experience with this location has been very pleasant from initial online registration to moving in my storage items. Lydia is awesome. She promptly called me to confirm my registration and arranged a time to meet. I have found Lydia to provide very professional, pleasant and friendly service and I can tell that she takes pride in her property and customer service. Lydia even called me to tell me that I hadn't properly locked my unit.

We've rented a spot for our trailer and boat the last 2 summer trips and have had a very good experience both times. Lydia helped us both years and is so friendly, helpful and enthusiastic to have our business. We appreciate that the staff there makes you feel wanted as a customer and not that you're putting them out. I would highly recommend this storage location because of their friendliness and helpfulness. Lydia, you're a real joy to work with...we'll see you again next summer! :)

This was the first time I have worked with this facility. Lydia was both exceptionally professional as well as personable. She walked me through the storage unit, which was clean and well kept, and then met me at their office to explain the contract and insurance. Again, she was highly professional, and her explanation was crisp and clear. All in all I was 100% pleased and will certainly recommend Public Storage to friends and colleagues.

"I was directed to try Public Storage". I from the beginning of the process to the end was helped by a fantastic worker, "Shana". Well, I can tell you the facility was well managed and Shana was able to answer every question, familiarize me with the process and took her time to show me how to lock the unit. I cannot tell you how happy and secure I feel in the knowledge my items are safe. I also let Public Storage with the knowledge that support is always one phone call away! Thank you Shana for all the support you gave me during a stressful time in my life.

We found incredible follow up and service from Lydia and Josie. My wife had such a good experience with Lydia that she gave her a hug while I sat in the rain. We recommend them highly! The units are clean and easily accessible.

Customer service is always so friendly. Love the convenience of my Public Storage unit off of arrow rd. However, really wish I could access 24hr and after 9PM.

Lydia was AWESOME! She was friendly and helpful in getting us in our new unit. You can tell she really takes care of this property. Its clean, no bugs and no spiderwebs on the building. Thank you!

We've had a storage unit here for almost 2 years. Our last day here is today. Our experience has always been excellent here! Lydia and the other staff members always go out of their way to make things simple and effortless. If we ever need another storage, it will definitely be here!
