the egg salad sandwich is my favorite. my husband got the smoked salmon. the tomatoes didn't look that appealing. they are out of season. however other establishments have had better looking tomatoes. for the price that we payed for 2 bagel sandwiches we could have gone to a restaurant and received table service. close to $30 for bagel sandwiches and drinks is a little high.

Oh this place was fantastic! It hit the spot! They have all the flavors of bagels and cream cheese options but also have breakfast sandwiches. I had a garlic bagel with salmon spread and my boyfriend had a regular bagel with blueberry cream cheese. They had sold out of blueberry bagels by the time we got there. Extremely affordable for breakfast.

I’m not one to leave reviews very often but I feel the need for this place. I grew up in New York, currently living in Maine, where I experience bagel withdrawals quite often. Nobody does it like NY. Well when I was traveling through SC to visit my parents, I had a hankering for a bagel sandwich as I tend to do when having access to new places. The bagel from Island Deli was THE MOST comparable bagel to a New York bagel I’ve ever had outside the state. And trust me I have tried a lot of bagels outside of New York. It was soft, chewy, and brought the breakfast sandwich together just perfectly. Perfect and delicious! I have 2 more chances to visit this place before heading home and I am truly looking forward to it!!

Yum yum yum….so good! We got the maple…it was a cinnamon raisin bagel with egg, cheese, sausage and maple syrup, omg…AMAZING!!! Then ordered plain bagel with cream cheese to take to the beach for after! These are amazing bagels, you have to try them!

Great little bagel place! We went on a Saturday morning and it was packed! The line moved fast and there was plenty of seating inside and out. The breakfast sandwiches were good and we got some extra bagels, chicken salad, and salmon spread for a beach lunch- delicious!! The coffee was good too. Highly recommend.

Open every morning through lunch, unlike some other places. Huge selection of bagels, but also breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Always a line (for a good reason) but it moves fast. Lots of options, especially with the ‘build your own” sandwiches. Prices are still reasonable.

Cute spot for really delicious food. Came here for breakfast and the bagels were very amazing and super filling for breakfast. There is nice seating outside and inside as well and the service is fairly quick too, definitely would recommend for breakfast!

Island Bagel is a cute bagel shop near the Omni/Palmetto Dunes area. This place has great breakfast sandwiches. They are made to made to order, so expect a little wait. The shop offers good coffee as well.

I have visited Island Bagel & Deli several times to pick up some bagels to go. I haven’t yet tried the place for lunch, so I can’t comment on the “deli” part of their business. But as far as bagels, they are among the best. So, what is there to like about Island Bagel & Deli? (1) Location. The business is located right in the middle of Hilton Head Island, so it’s just a short or bike ride away. (2) Ample parking. Island Bagel & Deli is located in the same plaza as Lucky Rooster Restaurant and several other businesses. The parking lot is large and convenient. (3) Adequate seating. If you choose to eat your bagel on location, there are plenty of places to sit. There are even a few tables outside. (4) Coffee. Of course you want coffee in the morning! Island Bagel & Deli has you covered, offering a variety of crafted coffee drinks. (5) Great selection. I haven’t actually counted them, but I would estimate that there are over a dozen different bagel flavors offered daily. (6) Great bagels. The most important reason to go to a bagel place is to get good bagels. You won’t be disappointed here. The bagels are fantastic! (7) Great toppings. Some people like butter. Others prefer cream cheese. They have both, and their cream cheese comes in a variety of flavors: some sweet, some savory, some spicy. And yes, they sell plain cream cheese as well.

So, is there a downside? Well, yes. They can sometimes get busy. But they get busy for a reason. People like what they sell. But is it worth the wait? If you like good bagels, absolutely!.

Great local deli serving quality fresh baked and tasty bagels. Local owned and managed. Fresh delicious and great value. If you are in the area make sure to stop in and support a local business.

They have a fantastic variety of hand-rolled bagels and homemade Cream cheeses. They really do a great breakfast if you're looking for something nice and casual 😉

There is a nice patio outside, and some seating inside (50%, I guess), but if you’re getting takeout, you might want to call in the order, since it takes a little time to make these masterpieces!
Also, there is a bike rack out front. Quick ride from Palmetto Dunes!

The best place for an amazing breakfast or lunch! Have been coming to island bagel for a year now and they never disappoint 🤩 staff is fantastic and the owners are such amazing people! Service is always fast and food is always tasting fresh 😊

First time coming here and had the Rita special - delicious! Staff is friendly too.

First time here and I can say it was everything I thought it would be. I had a SEC on Jalapeño bagel and it was phenomenal. It was fresh and hot. It did not disappoint.

Being from NY, I'm super critical on bagels. These are about the closest to NY bagels you're gonna get. The BECSPK sandwiches are delicious and a must everytime we go to HHI.

NYer here and this place is great. Best breakfast food on island I’ve had in a decade of coming here. Lovely staff. Bagels are great (add more jalapeños to the jalapeño bagel please 😁) and are a perfect start to their breakfast sandwiches. I’ll continue to come back every year. And their iced coffee rocks.
