Zips Car Wash

ZIPS Express Car Wash now occupies a place I have been coming to for years whenever we visit Hilton Head Island. Since our arrival here this year, and upon purchasing a car wash membership, the retail and mechanical experiences have been top notch. As always the influence and impact of the staff have proven to be critical to the assessment. Everyone, without exception, has been helpful, polite and gregarious, in particular the thin man with the glasses at the entry gate, the youngish woman who is always attending to details such as the cloths, and Leon who instructs entry to the tunnel. Leon was the most visible because of his immediate appearance; and he has proven himself a credit to the customers in particular and to the employer in general. Congratulations to one and all for a job well done and very much appreciated! It hardly requires notice to mention that the care of one's car is a point of personal importance to each owner.

Great car wash and great prices! Not only a complete car wash/dry but has free microfiber towels to wipe down exterior/interior. Free windex and vacuum. Monthly unlimited daily wash “subscription” is awesome, especially with SC pollen falling on your car!! BUT IF ARE FROM OUT TOWN BE SURE TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION when you leave or they will continue you charge your card! Found out the hard way. Mia, the manager, is awesome, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! Highly recommended!!

Zips is great, and the unlimited wash is a good deal ! I'm always glad when I see Leon working the prewash where you enter. He always does a great job and keeps things moving !

Also, after you exit, the Vacs are powerful. They always have plenty of clean towels and glass cleaner for detailing, and everything is well organized!

I am from out of town, Cleveland, Ohio to be exact. I was so pleasantly surprised at the ease of using my membership from home at this wash. The people at the front end of the wash were so helpful. What’s unusual these days, in my opinion, is to be greeted with big wide smiles, and a happy attitude. The wash itself, was very thorough. My car was filthy from the trip down here from Cleveland and it came out spotless. The vacuum and window cleaning area was completely stocked with towels and window cleaner, and the vacuums operated perfectly and with a lot of suction.

This is an amazing Carwash they do a wonderful job. I have been going there for almost a year and they continue doing to great job. There’s a young lady name Mia she is amazing person and will help you with anything you need. Best car wash on the south end.

I came through the wash for the first time and Mia helped me get a pass. She is the sweetest girl. She is very well-spoken and made me feel at ease during the process of getting the pass. I would definitely recommend coming here. Quick and painless.

Unfortunately, I am very unhappy how much the prices have increased post new ownership. Additionally there were extensive billing errors. It took a lot of time and energy to resolve and we’re not completely resolved.

I use this car wash almost daily and Leon is ALWAYS ready to assist in the most friendly, respectful, and professional way. I think he is a great asset to Zips Car Wash!

I wanted to let you know how impressed I was with Mia. She saw that I was struggling cleaning the well in front of the windshield and took the initiative and came over and suggested that I open the hood which would make it a lot easier and also explained the impact of not keeping the well clean. Great job Mia!

Very nice and friendly. Free towels AND vacuum use… can’t get better than that. Woman was very helpful as well and super super nice. Car looks crispy clean.
