Amazing tea selection— a wide variety of flavors, milks, milk alternatives and levels of sweetness! You can order straight off the menu or customize your tea. I’m a huge fan of Thai iced tea, but I swapped out the dairy for oat milk and toned down the sweetness and it was perfect!

A fun atmosphere and everyone was super friendly! Highly recommend! Drank my tea so fast I forgot to take a pic!

Sweet Straw in Napa is a must-visit for boba lovers seeking authentic Taiwanese drinks. Their Thai iced tea, Okinawa brown sugar milk tea, taro, and sesame milk tea are my absolute favorites. The service here is exceptional—kudos to the wonderful staff! If you're craving a boba fix, this spot is where you need to be. Highly recommended!

UPDATE: My family has been back to Sweet Straw many times (my daughter loves bubble tea) and the issues we had last year have disappeared. Now, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is at an appropriate volume for a drink stop. Thanks Sweet Straw!

The tea was good and there were many delicious options, but the environment was deafeningly loud. I’m down for loud music at concerts and bars, but this was just obnoxious. I politely asked the lady behind the counter to turn the music down because I couldn’t hear her. The volume went down a smidge but I still had to yell my order and read her lips to communicate with her. Then I waited outside until my drink was prepared. Another family also complained while I was there.

Had the classic black tea with boba and was impressed. Very yummy and the boba texture was not too soft

I got a large milk coffee with extra boba. It came out to $8 with a $1 tip. Very good, tasted freshly made

We stopped by on our way back to SF from Napa Valley. They had a variety of delicious drinks and the boba was cooked perfectly.

Delicious drinks, perfectly sized menu, and friendly staff. It's size is reminiscent of hole-in-the-wall shops on S.F. It's attractive and clean, leaning a little toward a corporate feel but not so much as to feel sterile or lack style. An adequately sized parking lot is just two doors down. Recommended.

I really love this place! I’ve tried a few of their drinks, but the one I always come back to is the Okinawa milk tea. The standard sweetness level is way too saccharine for me, so I always get 50% sugar. It’s incredibly delicious, the regular boba is really good, and the service has always been quick and polite. I only wish they had a few more milk tea flavors - especially fruity ones.

Great drinks, great staff! Overall awesomeness even the vibe! Talked personally to owner on my visit and she recomended some drinks for my family and we all totally loved them!

Finally open. Sonoma is boring when it comes to variety. Nice to get a real bobba spot. Drink was delicious. Tons of ice so overall your paying a lot for very little. Got to keep them profits up right? But no different then any other place these days. Even if it is a ripoff we will be back!

The place looked busy with the service still really fast & accurate. The price is average. They didn't have too many toppings. Everything went well and we were out of there very quickly.

Wanted to get some boba after shopping at the outlets and saw this spot on the map! I got Thai milk tea with boba and it was really good! We had to wait a few minutes since there were a lot of delivery orders being picked up when we went in but it was worth it! The sweetness was just right and the service is great!

This is the only official boba place in Napa if I'm not mistaken, and it's very nice. Ive tried a few boba places out of town, but this is the first I've seen that sells mango bursting boba, and it's my absolute favorite! Servers are always very nice! Definitely one of my favorite spots in town for drinks.

No idea why they're only 4 stars, for the price and the quality this is top-tier boba! I'm only reviewing the boba drinks (not the smoothies or other sugary confections) because that's all I've had here, and I'll continue to have here because it's just so darn good!

Compared to boba-heavy cities like SF, Sweet Straw could easily hold it's own against the competition. Definitely on-par (or better) than mainstream boba shops like "Boba Guys".

Yes, it would be nice if they had some minor food options, but if you need a boba fix, and you're in Napa (or just driving through) then I would highly recommend this place! It's easily better than half the boba shops in SF (high bar here), and it's literally the best boba in Napa! (low bar there)

Not sure what to get? Okinawa Milk Tea (with boba pearls) is where it's at. A traditional boba drink that will both highlight the quality of their boba, and get you jazzed! (the caffeine will get you going!)

I love the drinks the employees are cool. However, it's hot in there and noisy so my order has been wrong a few times could be the masks too. Overall hip and clean.

We had boba fresh milt and it tasted amazing. It was mild and on the sweeter side.
No dine in available and strictly 4 customers inside the shop.

Best boba place in Napa hands down. Delicious drinks, quality boba, cute building, friendly staff, and good prices. What's not to love?!
