I waited 5 months for my order, and it just got canceled. They didn’t even give me back the shipping fee.

It feels like we have no other choice because this one company does whatever it wants. Stuck with a monopoly that treats its customers like trash.

I hope schools can offer more choices for uniforms. No more bad experiences for parents please!

Absolutely horrible. Have been waiting since June for an order of 1, only 1 button down blouse. It is now November 1, absolutely unacceptable. I’m assuming the long sleeve shirts I ordered should arrive just in time for spring. For some absurd reason the company moved from steam pressing logos to embroidering items by hand, how does that even make sense??? Go elsewhere to buy the shirts and find someone to embroider the logo. Thats what I’ll be doing next year. If the school has a problem they can contract with another uniform company.

Horrible experience since the change in ownership . I placed an order in June and still have not received half the items I ordered and It’s now mid November.Minimum required uniforms items in stock. No uniform accessories in stock for over a year. The items include tights and long sleeve shirt which we currently need for the winter. No response via email and customer service in person/via phone has been rude and unprofessional.

If I could post zero stars I would. Placed an online order in July and am still waiting on items to arrive as of October 30th… No response from “customer service” via email or telephone. Do yourself a favor and buy your child’s clothing from one of the many retail stores who sell school uniforms and hire an embroider to have logo design.
