I came by to return and pick up a few items today and I just want to say everyone there this afternoon was absolutely lovely. I should have gotten all their names, but I do recall Alexis who told me what lashes she was wearing (spoiler, they were the Kiss Noblesse ones!) and I want to say thank you to her for making such a great recommendation ◡̈ I also want to shout out the team for being ever so helpful, kind, warm and compassionate every time I’ve walked in. This is my favorite Ulta location by far! Shout out to all the people working at/near the register this afternoon. 🤍

I went Sunday just to browse. I met Annabella who was the associate for It Cosmetics. She was so kind. I asked her where is a good place for brow service. She said "here". She said that the browse service technician was here now and avaliable. I met Carly and she was so awesome and knew exactly what she was doing. I was so grateful to Annabella for suggesting Carly's service. Very impressive. Thank you ladies!

Clean, organized and well signed location with friendly assistance. Easy parking. Some items were out-of-stock however, this is consistently the case with the chain. With such a broad selection, just try something new!

A lot of stuff, and also the staff are really friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic experience at this Ulta location. I don’t visit Ulta very often, I’m not much of a product girl. I went for something specific. The associate who greeted me was incredibly nice and helpful. The associate at checkout was nice and helpful. I’ll absolutely return to this location for future needs! Great job keeping customer service a focus at this Ulta! You’ve earned my business!

I can’t say enough good things about the service I got at this store- I felt so lucky to have Gina style my hair before a wedding out of town- not only is she amazing at hair, she is totally lovely, funny and kind. She went totally above and beyond, and put so much care and effort in ensuring I got exactly the style I wanted- she made the experience so enjoyable.
I also got exceptional service from the MAC artist, Niki. I didn’t even decide to have any makeup done until that morning, but she squeezed me in without an appointment ,also gave me the exact natural glam look I wanted, and I loved her warm, spectacular personality.
Both Gina and Niki came in clutch Saturday morning, I wish they were at an Ulta near me!

Went to hair salon for color touch up etc. My 2nd time using their their service. Asked for Gina. Best hair cut in years. She's now my favorite hairdresser in Napa.

Great experience! Went to get my brows done and pick up a couple products, ended up very satisfied. Tessa, who did my brows, was exceptionally nice and great at what she does. Brows look amazing and she did a great job at hi-lighting the natural shape. I wanted a pretty specific and unique product. Because of this, a lot of the floor staff ended up helping me try all the products they think would work for me. They helped me narrow them down to my favourites. The product I ended up buying was perfect for my troublesome skin and what I wanted to accomplish. Totally recommend you come to this Ulta if you want Tessa to give you great brows, fantastic customer experience or both!

I returned a bunch of DevaCurl products because they ruined my hair! Angie helped with the return guided me to a stylist that could help me try a different product for curly hair. I'm super impressed with Ulta's return policy. They definitely won me over for life. Their staff was so nice! And their staff seems to know what products are good and what brands to avoid. I will forever ask the staff if they trust the brand I am buying.

I only trust Tessa with my brows! She is an amazing brow artist. She’s very kind and thorough, explaining each step and checking to make sure everything looks exactly how I want it. She recommended the benefit brow palette and it’s become a staple in my daily routine. Thank you Tessa!

Everyone is very helpful and attentive. They get extremely busy and I give them props for remaining professional and friendly through it all.

When I shop Ulta if it is before or after work and I look say 'professional ' I get asked if I need help several times. On weekends when I am relaxing and in sweats, no makeup I could steal the store for the lack of attention. So this trip I had 2 ladies who very helpful with assisting me with my getting a replacement for my Clairasonic and extra brushes! Thank you, yay

Love Ulta! It's so nice to get personal service when it comes to buying cosmetics. Picking the right color foundation makeup really requires someone else's eyes. The sales people at Ulta do a wonderful job.

I love coming to this Ulta and have always gotten the help I needed. The staff are quick, friendly, and good at communicating with each other. The selection of brands and display of products is really good too.

They have an extensive collection of beauty products, perfumes, colognes and supplies that will surprise and enhance your hair care. Keep in mind that they often have coupons that really help offset the full price. There's also a hair salon in back. Ask for Katie. Definitely put her on your "to do" list. She is a stylist par excellence.

We are so fortunate to have Ulta in Napa. They have the most experienced staff of experienced
employees who are so willing to answer your questions. I highly recommend you visit Ulta in Napa. I was trained on many cosmetic lines and sold for many years. I am aware that Ulta sends their employees to school so they are knowledgeable on selling most products..
This is key to having a successful business.

my favorite eyeliner is sold here. Some brands are a little pricey, but most are overall worth it. I usually stick to nyx just based on my price range, but ive ventured to a few other brands, like anastasia, kat von d., etc. The employees are absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful!! Idk about other ultas, but the napa store is perfect

Very friendly staff. The store is clean and organized. Richie in The Salon is the best hair stylist I've ever encountered. I highly recommend him; he's worth every penny.

I love ULTA. My go to spot for my prestige make up and fragrances. Always has sales and even has a salon and manicure bar oh and eyebrow bar H E L L O .. need I say more? Okay -- I will .. The service isn't all that great though. Stylist Manager seems pretty nice, everyone else, you have to hunt down, so I guess they must not work off of commission??

The staff is very passionate and genuinely like what they do! They can't wait to show you the best new products or their personal favorites. Excellent customer service .
