Went in to find a moisturizer, the staff was so helpful and attentive! They’re very knowledgeable about all their products, despite it being busy in there they were still able to answer all my questions and help me find the perfect product. Will definitely be returning! Thank you all so much!

I visit Napa frequently and stop by The Cosmetics Company quite often. They have a great selection of everyday necessities such as cleansers snd moisturizers as well as foundations, lipsticks and other beauty enhancing products, all at reduced prices. The staff is always very helpful and they will also take telephone orders and mail you your order. If you’re a cosmetics junkie like I am, you’ll love this place!

Great selection and helpful staff, I had a great conversation with a red haired woman about some products and her recommendations were on the money.

I gave it a 3 star rating given that I’m a regular customer and some of the staff are very helpful and attentive however I have experienced discrimination and rude behavior from the oldest employee kellie. I’ve worked retail so I understand you have bad days but you have to remain professional and watch your tone and approach with your customers . Ive been rushed and when asked for help, she was rude in her tone and approach and demanding to know what I needed. It made me uncomfortable to ask her for help so I someone else. Another previous experience with her was that I requested an item and she was very short and quick to say it’s not in stock while another employee went beyond to look and found the items. Kellie is particular to who she wants to help and how she will help them. I seen she has approached women of color very differently. I am a women of color and I’ve felt the mistreatment. She is only kind when she sees how much someone is willing to purchase. If management may please have a conversation with her and provide some training as a refresher for her that would be highly appreciated.

The Staff was incredibly rude. As I entered the store she began complaining about being open at that hour and how " everyone has jobs and is working so no one is at the outlets." I was pretty surprised but she carried on then asked if I needed help, which I denied, at this time I recognized her from a previous encounter where she pushed hard for me to buy things I didn't want. I understand people are stressed but I don't feel that I should be made to feel uncomfortable going into a store that is open because the employee doesn't agree with company policy. This store was so much better before it relocated. I was hesitant to shop here because of my previous experience but the lastest trip just reconfirmed why I'll go elsewhere next time.

Staff was rude and they profile their customers.

I bought my make up and when I go home I figure out someone a Filipino salesman introduce me a sunblock cream from clinic he's so nice to us but I call the store if they forget to put that items because I only figure out only 3 items I bought so they forgot it to put and I like that cz I need it I want to buy too .Sad the one who answered me in the store she said oh I can't take long talk to u 24 hrs to insult me as ur customer .I only want to know instead to go back buy the items better to go not here anymore .u know how to.asist ur customer God bless integrity and honesty s the best policy . Ur selling products u need to make sure ur items and u can sell more .but being rude is not good no one will come back .many make up outlet also we go to a cheerful staffs ...
