Can't ask for anything more in a dining experience! The service was friendly and fast, the food was excellent, and the environment was clean and peaceful. 5 stars across the board!

One of my all time favorites in Bloomington! I am a wuss when it comes to heat, so I always get a level 1. The flavors in the Chicken Tikki Masala are so rich and savory!! The garlic naan is addictive and always made fresh (it’s obvious). I also started with the Chaat Samosas. They were so delicious!

Driven by this place a million times and have never tried it, was craving some good ethnic food but have done everything on 4th street so many times so I was looking for another option and stumbled on their menu - they by far have the most vegetarian options I've ever seen, far more than the other 2 main Indian places in town, and the only place that has two different crispy cauliflower dishes (no one else has this), AND they had a ton more naan options (most only have garlic and regular, Amrit had like 5 different stuffed naan options and an amazing green chili spicy naan that was amazing)!

This was my first time trying Indian food and I was impressed at the flavors and tenderness of the lamb. I have had lamb many times and this was the best I’ve ever had. Very accommodating service provided by and attention to details with my allergies.

The food is just incredible. I strongly recommend the Chicken Tiki Masala. We love the Naan bread, too. My husband and daughter love the curry dishes. I can’t handle heat/spice. The level 1 is perfect for me.

Amrit India is the BEST indian restaurant in Bloomington. I have ordered many different things through uber eats and the food is always nicely packaged and the quality of the food is out of this world. I have called the restaurant and the staff is very kind and patience.

AMAZING! We came in today with my family and they were so friendly. They gave our 2yr old daughter some nice food items to try and treated us very very nice! The hospitality was 10/10 and the food was also 10/10. This is my new favorite restaurant of all time! Will be coming here a lot!!!!

By far our favorite place to order takeout. Everything is so delicious. Cannot get enough of the Gobbi Chilli, which is a crispy fried cauliflower that is coated in a sweet and tangy sauce. I really enjoy the Paneer Naan, but they are all delicious. Cannot go wrong with anything on the menu!

Amrit India is the best Indian food in Bloomington! So good! We had never been to Amrit before the pandemic and I can’t believe it, honestly. We have picked up food several times now and it’s always amazing. We always get the Vegetable Biryani which is amazing. This time we also got the vegetable samosa as an appetizer, the tandoori roti and Channa Masala...so freaking good. Can’t wait to eat their food again!

We got garlic naan, mattar paneer (medium), lamb biryani (medium), and butter chicken (mild for the kiddo).

Everything was delicious and perfectly spiced; perfect meal for a hot day when everyone was tired.

I order from this restaurant frequently and I’m normally happy with the food. However, today my garlic naan order was not right. The two pieces on the left are typical of what I receive but the pieces on the right are a little slivers in comparison. I ordered two garlic naans an d paid about $8 so this is disappointing. one of my curry containers was also not full, as I am accustomed too and the paneer was cold . Not sure what happened, hoping this is just an off/busy night.

Edit: ordered again a month later and food was exactly as expected- Delicious!

This is the best Indian restaurant in bloomington, and I'll fight anyone who says otherwise! 😂❤ I got the goat biryani, absolutely delicious!

the butter chicken is so delicious. I do medium heat for the perfect amount of heat. 10/10

Buffet was delicious, chicken tikka was creamy, and tandoori chicken was moist and delicious. Service was quick all for a great price!

The food was delicious and plentiful, the service was quick and polite, and the place was peaceful.

Absolutely amazing service, shoutout to the owner. Treated us more tham customers but like family, like as if we were uncles or brothers or other relatives.
