Very spacious, private and quiet. We stayed in the manor so our group had the house to ourselves. A touch outdated, but it's alright. Price was right and would highly recommend this experience.

A piece of local history maintained by the Methodist church as a retreat center. Friendly staff, beautiful clean facilities in the quaint hamlet of Ludlow.

We enjoyed a two night stay in the Carriage House, it may not look updated in the photos but it is in ways that make it feel comfortable. It provided the place we needed for chance to get away from several very busy months.

Be prepared, there is NOT WIFI at the carriage house and no cell service for AT&T customers. We were surprised by this and while it was inconvenient it was a welcome break. We were also not notified before arriving that their is currently an issue with the water requiring bottled water (supplied).

Overall a good stay, but better communication when we were inquiring and before our arrival from the staff would have been helpful.
