Great experience working with Amber to get our remodel window well system from Boman & Kemp. We did intially get some misinformation from the manufacturer, however Amber did a great job sorting through the specs and getting a custom well to us ASAP. The finished product turned out great. Ted, one of their reps, has gotten me out of a bind multiple times by going way above and beyond what you’d expect. He’s even called me on his vacation in another country to make sure I was taken care of. As a contractor who relies heavily on their product, I am able to put my full trust in them. I highly recommend!
