Thank you so much for being the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! I’ve been here for two months from Texas and every time I’ve come, the meal is so hot and fresh. I do not get this quality where I’m from and so amazed every time on how perfect everything is. Thank you!!

Not perfect, but food is decent, service is fast, and staff is friendly.

Overall friendly and helpful workers. Hit or miss if some of the fried items will be fresh or not. Used to have trouble getting orders right but seem to be doing better recently. But looking at these reviews on here, it doesn’t look like a single one of you has worked a day of fast food in your life. Most are under a lot of pressure and still have to deal with rude customers most of the day. So cut them some slack.

Quick drive thru experience. Food was hot, and good especially when you're hungry and in somewhat of a rush.

Not a bad place to eat at! Excellent staff and amazing managers! They know how to correct orders when they are wrong and know how to be sincere to the customer! Molli is doing a great at her job! Will definitely be returning and putting in a good word!

Night crew is really good here. Very funny guy working the cash register, they also gave me fresh fries which is always nice!!

Day crew does not know how to make sweet tea. Taking it down to 3 stars

This location is a regular for me during lunch, and it is always a very pleasant experience. Every person on the lunch crew is incredibly kind, fast, and overall good at their job.

We were greeted and waited on as soon as we walked in. Employees were efficient and friendly.

Best McDonald's I have ever been to! I have come to this location many times, and the food continues to be amazing. The fries are hot and crispy every time I go, and that by itself is a selling point!

This establishment leans over the barrier of mediocre with its modern esque and pristine food. French fries were served hot and burritos were filled throughly. The franchise has far exceeded the reputation that its mother company bestows.

Great experience! Very cordial and prompt. Loved the southern accent! As a transplant from the South, I found it very refreshing!

This is the only McDonald’s I have been to where they never have messed up my order and have always served hot food. People aren’t extremely friendly but it’s McDonald’s it sucks working there

There is a new manager and he is great the food was hot and fast the people were friendly it hasn't been this way since Dan and Terrie left great job

They were really busy, but service was smooth and fast, staff all used masks and were friendly!

Best McDonald's any where in Cicero. Fast.efficent, courteous. Have gone since day opened years ago never changes. I'm n Flordia now 2 yrs. ok. Back home holidays, just left McDonald's. Still all good.

Working their way to a 5 star review! Doing better everyday and now they habe 24 hour short menu so yep awesome

Super clean with good service. One time they accidentally gave me two quarter pounder meals instead of two mcdoubles. Not even mad. :p
