The Artisan

One of the best places to eat in Snowmass. Everyone in our group enjoyed Happy hour and dinner very much. The atmosphere is great and our waitress Tina was friendly and attentive. If reservations were easier to get, we would have gone more than 1 night.

Had breakfast in this place and I highly recommend it. Magali our server was excellent and attentive to our needs. Donovan made us delicious breakfast cocktails. Thanks!

I was looking for a steak dinner to bring by to my condo around the corner from The Artisan. I stopped in and placed a to go order from the bar. I ordered a Bone in Ribeye grilled to perfection with the whipped purple potatoes and asparagus. For desert: crème brûlée. The steak honestly exceeded my expectations and reminded me why a coy boy charcoal grilled steak is so fantastic. A cast iron skillet just won’t get this kind of sear. It really was a surprisingly good meal. So far (day 3 of our trip) best meal I have had so far. My total for a meal that I could only eat half of $88. Not bad for resort pricing either. Check this place out! It’s good! Also.. they had a couple TVs and we’re streaming the NFL games. The lighting was nice too.

Cozy and intimate. They honored my dairy allergy with flying colors, and the food and drinks were on point. I'd make a trip down even if not staying at the inn.

Seated by Dominique, she was delightful! And we were served by Mike, who was absolutely one of the nicest and most helpful people we've met here in Snowmass.

I've read a few very disappointing reviews but I assure you the Artesian was wonderful.

We had a rotisserie chicken, veggies and mashed potatoes and the burger and fries. Honestly, the burger was an easy 11 out of 10 and the portion and quality of the chicken was amazing.

Maybe others' perspectives are just so much more refined than us, but in our opinion, this is one of the best in the mountain.

Breakfast was great.

Even with Covid, service was fast and friendly. This was one of only a few places that was open during our visit.

Fall is a great time to visit and leaf peep.

My husband and I, who have lived here for 45 years, have been through all the stages of the Artisan in Snowmass. I just got two “to gos” of our favorite - the trout. Yum, this is like I cooked it at home only better! Because it has been super bowl and valentines weekend plus doctor’s visits, we have got several to go items this week from different restaurants. This was by far the best, even though other restaurants rate better. The great restaurant we chose in Basalt on Thursday night was - like the sack was empty when we picked it up. There was not much food in the sack at all - no presentation. This sack was full of good nutritious food with great presentation, and I cannot tell you how we appreciated it!

I was in town for business and ended up eating at The Artisan twice for dinner and once for breakfast. Every single meal was wonderful. The summer dinner menu features a ton of local Colorado foods and since I'm from out of the area, I really enjoyed that. The cocktail menu was off the chain - I wish I could drink more! For breakfast, the menu isn't gigantic but it covers all the bases - eggs, tasty french toast and stuff, and fruit/granola/oatmeal if you just want to eat light. I had the summer oats with caramelized peaches and it was delicious. Service was impeccable for every meal. Will definitely keep this on the list when I am in town for whatever reason.

Quaint restaurant with good food! Located inside a small Hyatt affiliated condo hotel. The very fragrant hanging flower pots on the balcony of the outdoor patio was a very nice touch! It transformed the place.

This is a very comfortable dining spot. No matter if you are a family, couple or just someone stopping in for a cocktail or bite. One of the few breakfast options in Snowmass, the buffet is very good with lots of options. Apres and dinner are lovely with an American menu. The drinks are good and there are several beer and wine choices. The bar is large and comfortable, the dining room has a fireplace and the patio is the best in Snowmass, in my opinion (complete with fire pits). They also host event and parties. There is entertainment including Dic Eason, a great local magician!

Had a steak and a burger, ceasar salad and bread pudding. Also calamari. Everything was very good. The chocolate bread pudding ala mode was the best. If you have ever been a fan of a skittle cookie this is better.

The Artisan continues to be not only a wonderful restaurant with quality food and friendly staff, the Artisan also enhances our stays at the Stonebridge Inn. Exceptional employees include our server Darius, breakfast manager Carla and restaurant manager Melissa. Winter or summer, we always look forward to our stay at the Stonebridge Inn and dining in the Artisan.

Nothing but good things to say a bout the restaurant. The food is wonderful and I recommend the Ruby Trout. The staff is very accommodating and the host went out of his way to be sure we were enjoying ourselves.

Had a few drinks here but unfortunately couldn't dine in during my stay cause of covid restrictions. Staff was amazing. Will try their food next time!

Oh wow, breakfast was delicious. Lots of food and the breakfast potatoes I could eat all day. Coffee was good and everything was cooked perfect and nice and warm.

A hidden gem. Fantastic food, great prices, head bobbing tunes and the Tony (our server) made it extra special! Highly recommended

What AMAZING food and friendly, accommodating staff. Highly recommend if you're in town, and really not that expensive for what you get. Also pop in on Thursdays for the magic act!

Loved it - good food, prices and ambience ...but mostly, really friendly staff (maître d’, bartender, waitress).

Will be back!
