High quality Italian food at a great location. I am a regular at Tyson‘s location, but this one is very modern with a nice ambience. It was very crowded. I tried the meatball Ragu and it was very tasty. My main complaint however is that the food was ready 10 minutes after the estimated time.

Ate dinner here before a show at the Kennedy Center and I highly recommend this place. It has great food and some interesting twists in traditional Italian food. The service was great and our waiter recommended an excellent wine. We ordered a few items and everyone shared them. It was a great way to sample a lot dishes and we all left full.

Awesome food and ambiance. We were a group of 6 adults and 3 kids. They also have a separate menu for kids, with a lot of options. we ordered chicken strips and cheese pizza for kids. Also ordered their special pizza and chicken pesto with one mushroom, and they all were good. At last, we ordered their tiramsui desert, which was amazing. It's definitely worth the food

5 Stars for my experience - from entry to exit it was amazing. Our waitress was very attentive and nice we enjoyed the menu so much to chose from. We decided to do the garlic bread and meatballs for the appetizers and for entree we had the pizza , yummy !! For dessert we had the seasonal cake which was like a ginger snap cake. I recommend you try this restaurant!

I came here for a friend’s birthday and we all had a great time. The food was delicious and the service was spot on despite us being a large party. We ordered several appetizers: the beef carpaccio, calamari, and garlic bread. They were all delicious, especially the carpaccio and garlic bread. The garlic bread came with this delicious rich butter on the side which was my favorite. For my entree, I got the squid ink pasta which was delicious. It was surprisingly rich for a seafood pasta and the tomato sauce complimented the flavors perfectly. I will be coming back here soon!

Great food. The family loved every item ordered. Raspberry sorbet was so great that we ate it all up even after being stuffed. Service was good.

We just had an amazing business dinner at North Italia in Foggy Bottom. The atmosphere, energy, service, and food were absolutely superior. We had a big group so we had two servers to handle all our needs. We could not have had better servers. At our end of the table we had Stormy serve nine folks. I took her recommendations for the main course which was the chicken parm with fresh pasta. OMG! Generous portion and one of the best chicken parms I've ever had. Small Cesar salad was an excellent starter, beautifully prepared. Stormy came through with a perfect dessert recommendation too. The butter cake topped with vanilla bean ice cream, raspberry halves, chocolate dots, and a raspberry sauce... it tasted as good as it looked. You will not be disappointed. All the staff that we interacted with were super professional. Cannot thank Stormy enough for a memorable dining experience with our colleagues.

Great place for sure. The service is above and beyond, I wish to give more than 5 stars! The food is delicious, jucy, mouthwatering. And don't forget to try Italian donuts - there are so great!

Highly recommend! We got several dishes and shared everything. It was all great: eggplant parmesan, spaghetti and meatballs, crushed meatball pasta, shrimp scampi appetizer, garlic truffle bread appetizer, arugula avocado salad. Maria was our server and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. Yes everything is very expensive, but it's an experience. The only problem was it smelled like pee where we were sitting not even close to the bathroom. All in all a great restaurant!

Very nice food at good price near our historic Hotel Lombardy. Food came out fast and nice presented. The "small plate", are good size. I aldo had the aranchini, small balls of risotto on the spicy side, pretty good if you like spicy.
We will go back before we finish our vacation. And we went.

Balanced & tasty Italian dishes in a laid back venture! Service was what needed to improve! The five star doesn’t go to the service, but the kitchen crew.

Second time: The service was really good! That is how important is rule of those friends who take care of service. People work hard and when go out for food expect to receive a service and food that bring them good mood. If any of these to is not right, the customer may not come back; but we did and I don’t regret.

Understated and under rated. Our group ordered a bunch of the starters as sharing plates and split a few of the mains. The food was INCREDIBLE. I'd describe it as staying true to authentic Italian with contemporary touches. Highly recommended with excellent service.

Great food. Service was excellent. Our waiter Tony was polite and went above and beyond my mom’s needs for gluten free options. They can do pizza and pasta gluten free and they were all delicious. The cook even made us gluten free “fry calamari”. My mom had gluten free chicken pesto and I had the vodka sauce rigatoni. Mine was a bit spicy, my nose and eyes were watering but I couldn’t stop eating it! We had a wonderful experience

The service was very good & the food was even better. The atmosphere was very cool they had us right by the kitchen and you could see everything going on in the back! Very nice I would come again

It’s a typical Italian restaurant with very good vegetarian options that are going to quench your Italian food craving. Went here for winter restaurant week. We opted for sweet potato burrata salad and the eggplant Parmesan which were both excellent. Next, we orders the pesto pasta and a Margherita. Both hit the spot and at this point we want to save space for dessert and had to box the left overs. For dessert we ordered the tiramisu and the bread pudding. Tiramisu hit the spot but bread pudding was a little too heavy but we were also pretty full by then. Overall, really enjoyed the food.

We came for brunch and this place was great! The breakfast pizza Bomba style was delicious, the breakfast sandwich was huge. The spicy ketchup was wonderful. The drinks were refreshing. Super close to the metro, out door dining available, and not crowded at all for Sunday brunch at 12.

Really enjoyed ourselves. Nice, clean, airy, modern chic, but casual enough to be comforted in shorts and a t-shirt.
We had two pizza, two pastas and the chicken parm, all was excellent. Creamy, unbroken cream sauce, pizza had the perfect crisp and the chicken parm was fab!

I ended up eating here on a whim and was not disappointed. I sat at the bar and was extremely impressed with the staff that night.
I ordered the Chicken Parmesan and absolutely loved it! Everything was cooked perfectly and was very flavorful.
Paired with a great bottle of Pinot Grigio… what an experience overall!

Came solo & sat at the bar. I had a good time. Derrick was honestly such a vibe & we shared some laughs. The food was on point. I ordered the spicy rigatoni vodka, the bread/oil, torta caprese and espresso martinis.
